“We have had such a positive experience shopping at Mamas and Papas at New Mersey retail park. The staff always go above and beyond to assist us, especially when it comes to larger items like prams and car seats. The facilities on site are also top-notch, making our visits so much easier. Recently, we had an issue with our pram, but the staff resolved it immediately, leaving us happy and satisfied with the service. We can't thank them enough for their friendly and informative support. A special thank you to Sarah and the gentleman (sorry we have forgotten your name) who helped us, you both have been outstanding in helping us choose quality products for our baby. We highly recommend visiting Mamas and Papas at New Mersey retail park for all your baby needs. Thank you to the whole team for making our shopping experience so enjoyable!”

“Very Happy with the Response to queries I had via both Facebook and email, that gave me confidence when ordering large quantities. After confirming order and paying in full I received the goods in the time scale we were promised and we are very happy with the result and quality. Delivery company were also very good which is unusual for online orders of this type. We will be using again if the price is ok”

“Plus sized clothes for plus sized figure. These aren't small sizes that have been made bigger, they're actually designed for someone on the larger side. The staff are always really helpful and include a bra fitting service. I went in with my friend who is a wheelchair user and she was able to get a bra that actually fit, a nightie, and three tops that really suit her.”

“I shop often in store and the girls are always nice and helpful and like to when you ask there opinion on outfits etc.. don’t usually like shopping in person as it gone now hill a lot but it’s always nice popping in regularly and the staff make me laugh and are always willing to help. 5/5 always!”

“Small high street store that has mainly womens and children's clothing in. Disabled access. Reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some parking on the high street but there is a car park on either side of the high street to use.”

“This is a great shop to find some real bargains. All clothes are brand new, but they save them from getting dumped in landfills. Also, it is a charity so you are not only just helping the environment you are also helping a charity as well, all while getting yourself a bargain too! You do have to search the shop a bit and they do try to organise it as much as they can. Just don't expect a typical clothes shop. Come here to have a good route around.”
