   What a terrible experience yesterday, had a specific bra that I wanted to try on as I'd seen it in the catalogue. Sent upstairs and met by a lady who took me to the changing room, went and got the style for me in 2 sizes and suggested which one to try first and said she would be back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes passed so I poked my head out, waited a minute or so and caught the attention of another lady. I asked if she could she if the person dealing with me was coming back, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I gave her mine and off she went. I waited another 10 minutes before I got myself back dressed and left. I actually passed my original lady on the way out and she just looked the other way. Such a disappointment as I don't have a store closer than an hour away and can't justify paying for your p&p when spending hundreds of pounds just to figure out the right size

   I attended today with a lady who I am working with and wanted to thank the team for all their help and support. Whilst initially anxious, the lady was really anxious and she was put at ease immediately by the team. We had the fitting with Hannah, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. She made some great recommendations and even suggested other brands that would be suitable. Hannah even offered to rebook us in to check any bras we purchased were suitable. Thank you so much for your help and we will definitely be back. ❤️

   I went yesterday to the Liverpool Bravissimo as a walk in, to get measured. I had not been measured for years. Sara not only made me feel at ease, but special as well. I came out with two matching bra sets. Also a feeling of confidence that I felt great in Sara's choices.

   I found this shop by chance on my trip to Liverpool. What a great experience it was?! A lovely array of lingerie ended my nightmare trying to find a good fit bra. Professional staff assisted me and within a very short period of time I came away with three, I'm very pleased and shall definitely Bravissimo again. Thank you ladies!

   One staff member is friendly the rest are quite rude. I was ignored by at least 4 staff members at the changing rooms, who just walked past me. Eventually I asked if I was ok to go in. Felt awkward, manger downstairs was quite rude, this was my second time at this store won’t be returning. The first occasion I spent £80.00 plus on 2 bras that are too big and don’t fit, despite asking an assistant for help with sizing, who at the time appeared to be not bothered. I put that down to bad luck and thought I would try again, however, today was actually worse. I purchased 3 bras but felt uncomfortable and the manager made a remark because I paid cash, I would have purchase more but it came across as it was an inconvenience to go and get my size.
