Not sure what I was expecting going in here as a 40 year old man. Men’s section fairly small with nothing much other than thick, printed t-shirts, cargo pants and jeans. Definitely aimed at a younger demographic. Staff member Max very friendly and helpful.
The young man with blonde hair works on the till is so polite, friendly & helpful. I visit this store frequently picking online orders up and he is always helpful, I was looking for a particular dress he went into the store to look for my size.
I really love their jeans, one of the few places these days where you can find a decent pair of jegging. Or anything business casual really. I particularly like this store, it's very well kept and clean and I find their fitting rooms really fancy, which puts you in a better mood when you need to try on a few items

Staff really friendly, took time to help me with my refund and checked to see if item was available online, very helpful even though Shop was very busy.
I visited the store today and was so unsure between 2 jackets when a girl (who I think was named Megan) came and helped me choose the right one. Her customer service could not have been better and she definitely went the extra mile in helping me. She really is a credit to the store, will be back again!
