   The customer service here is shocking. I washed a pullover (once, 30 degrees) and it disintegrated in the wash. I hadn’t kept the receipt (paper - no email back up) which admittedly I should have, but when I returned the jumper and asked if it could be swapped, I was told the manager would contact me. She didn’t. I followed up a week later and she phoned me back once (I missed the call and no answer when I called back). I followed this up by a trip into the shop to be told there is nothing they can do as it isn’t a manufacturing fault (apparently). Now if I wanted a refund I would understand or if I was trying to return multiple products, but I simply wanted the jumper swapped (it was clearly a faulty product as the string had come out and all the colour had run). Kitted Out should have done this as a goodwill gesture. I will not be dealing with this branch again.

   Had a great experience here while purchasing our daughters new senior school uniform. Lisa was extremely helpful, knew everything we would need, and was very efficient. Serving 2 other customers at the same time as us, all without missing a beat. Did not feel rushed or left wanting at any point. I would highly recommend this shop, it's a great idea to have a shop at the warehouse. Special mention to the owner Fiona, who made a point of coming to explain how the stock replenishment worked - printing and embroidery etc. 2 items were not available on the day, but we received a txt the next day informing us that our items were ready to collect! How fast! Amazing.

   Super easy! Knew what I needed, ordered online, collected the next day. The team were rushed off their feet yet super friendly. Daughter tried the blazer on, confirmed the fit and that was it. Collection point very easy to find and convenient too.
