    I went in to next today with my hearing dog who was wearing a harness, clearly labelled hearing dog. And was greeted by a very rude lady shop assistant in the men's department who shouted at me to get my dog out of the store.i tried to explain that i am hard of hearing, but she didnt listen and i had to leave the storeThis store is not very disability friendly . Iv been in other next store with no problem..

    It is handy for working people as stays open until late. I met Rheanon today who was such a pleasure to meet, treated me very well especially with my little one fast asleep on my shoulder. People like her put more life in their work and make shopping experience more enjoyable.

    Good selection of menswear. Helpful shop assistant who brought out several pairs of swimwear I asked to look at that wasn’t on the shelf and even checked stock online for me. Great customer service.

    Great store, love the clothing and the home range. This particular store loses 2 stars due to the inefficiency when collecting click and collect deliveries with my next order. Nearly every time it takes longer than it would to go and buy it in the shop!

    Really expensive clothing even when it's on sale which I don't like. Also, if it's on sale it means that it does not have holes in it or a different colour to what you have ordered. Basically the expensive version of primark.

    The furniture in next looks cheap and is over priced. There are better furniture places in the local area that are better quality, rather than the (badly) laminated items on sale here. That being said, I do like some of their accessories.
