“Booked a small date day with the Mrs for the Alice in wonderland escape room just the two of us. We booked early in the day and arrived and was welcomed in by Dayna who was fantastic throughout. The room its self was amazing and well designed. We hadn’t done an escape room for a long time so it was tricky to start off but when you get going everything ticks. We absolutely loved our host Dayna and how interactive she was through giving hints and tips, she even had a Cheshire cat character voice when giving hints which added to the room. Absolutely fantastic morning, great host, great room. Will definitely be booking more rooms in the future. Dayna is credit to the business and makes you want to rebook!”

“First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. Definitely made the experience of choosing and buying the most important items not at all daunting which was great. Thank you Nicky!”

“This is our second time using Window To the Womb after a miscarriage after our first pregnancy. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”

“Great local restaurant! A large menu sometimes spells trouble but not here. Top quality, often with veg from their on site garden. The vegan roast is exceptional on Sundays. Great desserts, good for kids, great staff, top all round”

“8th birthday party. Superb venue. Kids had a ball. I initially didn't think the time slot was enough, but it was perfect. 1 hour of straight Nerf attack certainly tired them out, and the 45 minutes in the Dominoes room for the after part was brilliant! More than enough pizza to go round. (Including the adults). Can't recommend this venue enough. Staff were so helpful and on the ball. Well organised and exceptional value for money given you have the place to yourself whilst your event is on.”

“Had a day pass to use the laundrette. The lady on reception was very polite and welcoming. Even said leave your washing on and il put it in the dryer for you . Came back after few hours, all done . Excellent service”

“Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!”

“My husband received a gift of a recording session at Coverstar for his birthday.We went today and had an absolute amazing time.Matt was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome while guiding my husband through his recording experience.I would highly recommend a visit here for a great time.”

“By far the best sensory toy shop on Wirral, even for ordinary toys it's a place to go. The owners are so lovely and the facilities are amazing. I will be coming to your shop again. Its great to find toys with disabilities my children have dolls that have hearing aides. Thank you”

“Just had the most amazing 2nd birthday party for my daughter here. Lovely bright clean space plenty of toys bouncy castle and messy play. The kids loved it they had the best time. Clare could not do enough for us and made sure the party went smoothly. Already saying we will be booking for next year!”

“We weren't expecting much. We had booked for 2 nights and were warned that there were ongoing works. We did hear or see any ongoing works. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were offered extra towels or teabags etc if we needed them. A bit disappointed there were only 2 teabags in room. But we replenished them when we returned back to room. The continental and full breakfasts were excellent. I kept on going back for more. Evening meals were good. However my friend was vegan and gluten intolerant. The staff were helpful but it was a rigmarole working out what was gluten free. However Julia who behind the was the kingpin ofvyhe dining room. She was the star of the show. She sorted everything out with a smile. Went the extra mile. Please give this girl a big bonus as she deserves every penny. So all in very pleasantly surprised.”

“Our son joined Up & Away (Partou) when he was one year old, and he is now in his final year there. It has been a joy to watch him grow, develop, and become the independent young boy he is today. The nursery has played a key role in supporting his language and speech development, as well as reinforcing the five golden rules, which we continue to use at home. We are particularly grateful for the nursery's support during his potty training journey. The team was patient and encouraging, ensuring he had plenty of opportunities to use the toilet, and thanks to their efforts, he has had very few accidents. He has formed wonderful relationships with the staff throughout his time there, and his current favourites are Jenny and Ashley. While we are sad to say goodbye to such an incredible team, we are deeply appreciative of everything they’ve done for him.”

“It was nice to return to this hotel, as everything runs so smoothly. From check-in in the early hours of the morning, Simon was extremely helpful and explained everything about meals, through to the ladies greeting everyone at Breakfast. The bar staff were also great on the last night, even when the queue was approx 30 people long after a show at the Arena. They remained calm and super efficient. Thank you everyone!”

“The hotel is in a great central location and is in an amazing historic building. We loved seeing the original features throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was comfortable. The only slight downside was that the discounted parking is a 10 minute walk away, which was no problem through our stay but felt a little far when carrying our luggage to/from the hotel.”

“We have just left after having a 4D scan and we couldn’t have had a better service. Dawn who was our chaperone was brilliant from start to finish. There was room to being all the family and the Sonographer was great at explaining about the pictures we could see and answering any questions. This is our second visit and we thoroughly recommend to everybody.”

“My little boy has been going to Happy Bunnies since September 2024. It takes him a while to adjust to change and both years he has been here the staff have made him feel comfortable going to nursery. He loves it, the staff are friendly and attentive to his needs and I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for somewhere to send their little one.”

“Annette was absolutely brilliant. Our girls never go to anyone else so we arranged a meet and great prior to the wedding. Annette bought toys for them and made us feel completely at ease. On the day of the wedding, our youngest was a mix of overwhelmed, teething and very tired. Annette took it in her stride and even managed to get her down for a nap. We could completely relax on our wedding day knowing our 3 young children where in good hands and Annette was always around so our girls weren’t hidden away for the day, playing outside with them and bringing loads of toys to keep them entertained. When bedtime came (the bit we dreaded) Annette managed to get the girls down with no problems, what usually is an hours trauma at home was half an hour with no problems with Annette. “Little foxes is an amazing nursery. The outdoor space is an integral part of child’s daily learning. They spend up 80% of the day outside exploring their surroundings. My daughter loved her time there and the staff are so helpful and caring towards the children. It has an amazing family feel. I would highly recommend.”
