We used nanytap for our wedding, we had Jess as our nanny. The service was amazing, our two children were well looked after and cared for, nothing was too much hassle. Would highly recommend nanny tap! Annette looked after our little girls on our wedding day and they absolutely loved her from the moment they met her. She was very kind and patient with our girls and also did an amazing job settling my 5 year old who has autism throughout the day. She made our day so stress free knowing our girls were happy and looked after.
Annette was absolutely brilliant. Our girls never go to anyone else so we arranged a meet and great prior to the wedding. Annette bought toys for them and made us feel completely at ease. On the day of the wedding, our youngest was a mix of overwhelmed, teething and very tired. Annette took it in her stride and even managed to get her down for a nap. We could completely relax on our wedding day knowing our 3 young children where in good hands and Annette was always around so our girls weren’t hidden away for the day, playing outside with them and bringing loads of toys to keep them entertained. When bedtime came (the bit we dreaded) Annette managed to get the girls down with no problems, what usually is an hours trauma at home was half an hour with no problems with Annette. Nanny Elle from NannyTap was a brilliant evening babysitter for our 2 year old daughter at our wedding. Nanny Elle arrived and instantly made our daughter feel comfortable and brought bubbles and stories with her to entertain my daughter. She then took our daughter to her hotel bedroom and got her ready for bed and read her a story. She brought her to dance with us on request (when my daughter wasn’t quite ready for sleep just yet) she carried her, gave her juice, ran around after her. Did everything she could to ensure our daughter was taken care of. She was friendly, caring and welcoming. Using NannyTap allowed us to enjoy our evening party of our wedding without worrying about childcare and putting our mind at ease that our daughter was taken care of by someone qualified and with expertise. Of all the things we spent money on during the wedding this was the most well spent! Annette was amazing. She arrived at our hotel room calm, smiley and in control. She looked after our 7 month old with no problem, he was happy, content and had the best time ever. Annette and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. First of all they had the highest standards of safety and care for the children, which was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the run-up to the wedding itself Annette was meticulous in making sure the day was a success from a childcare point of view. Secondly, the creche on the day and the whole operation was so tasteful and so well thought through. It had a calm and playful vibe to it and the kids absolutely loved it! We have a 4 year old ourselves so we wanted to have children at our wedding. I have to say this was the perfect solution, and was probably the biggest contributor to making our day the positive and happy one that it was. Children were amused, really enjoying themselves, signed in and signed out, looked after. It meant that when they were with their parents they were happy, their parents weren't stressed and it calmed the whole 6/7 hours perfectly. It made sure everything flowed brilliantly.
