   We stayed for the third time during Beatleweek and got the smallest room with a broken toilet flush and we couldn’t open a window. We couldn’t open the suitcases as it was so cramped. Next year we will be choosing a different hotel!

   A really great hotel, the rooms are small - to be expected in a city but actually very spacious. They are very well throughout rooms to give you maximum space. Our room was incredibly clean as was the bathroom. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was big. My only complaint was the mattress, it was too hard for me - although my friend preferred the hard mattress - therefore it's more of a personal preference. Also, our pillows were quite soft and bulky, again a personal preference but I would have rathered them to be slightly thinner. Good security - it says to press the buzzer to get in but you didn't need to, so that aspect of the security wasn't great. To get to the rooms you need a room key. Then to get onto the floor with your room you needed your room key again, that was great. The location is great, opposite James Street Station, and only a short walk to Liverpool One. Overall, a great place. I would highly recommend staying here and I would be happy going back.

   Great location, lovely large room and bathroom with a great shower. Everything you need is provided, kettle , tea , coffee, hairdryer, iron. Menus for the restaurant in your rooms , room service is an option. Comfy bed. Quiet room. 24hr manned reception. Easy check in a good late check out at 12 as standard. Would definitely stay again

   Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!

   I thought the hotel was a great location, and the staff extremely friendly. I did think the rooms were very basic for the price, and the beds were small. Having said that the room and bathroom were very clean. I also felt that there could have been more options for children on the breakfast menu.

   My stay was truly wonderful at your Liverpool hotel. It was my 37th Birthday and I arrived to balloons, confetti, banners in the room and on the bed, and they did the same in my best friends room who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Breakfast was beautiful. All staff were so lovely. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but everyone is different. All of the hotel is lovely. Thank you all so much for a great birthday weekend

   Location was fantastic, perfect for everything we wanted to do. Our room was amazing, spacious & with the comfiest bed- I can’t remember the last time I slept all night! Check in was fast & the staff member on reception was really helpful. Lots of tea & milk too.

   The location was convenient. The room we were in was cosy and clean. The staff by the reception was friendly and they offered us the possibility for breakfast because we didn't book one in advance. Overall, great stay even for one night. The only recommendation we have is if possible to include hotel slippers for the guests for more convenience.

   We loved the family room that we had, it was lovely. It was spotless & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious each morning, it was well presented & cooked perfectly. The only thing that I would suggest re breakfast, is that there is a kids offering, like pancakes & /or waffles as not all children will eat a fry or the other options available. I absolutely loved the passionfruit, mango & granola bowl, it was delicious.
