β*** Eye of the Sun God *** Weβre a family of 4 (with kids 13 & 11yrs) and this is our 5th escape roomβ¦ and probably our favourite. Plenty of things to do, fun themed rooms and enough puzzling to keep us all involved and busy. Charlotte, our host, was also welcoming, lovely & helpful (when needed). She even hid a birthday card for one of our kids, which was a fun surprise. Highly recommend this company and this escape room.β
βA wonderful bar with incredible staff! The venue seats were more comfortable than I had anticipated and the sound is really top notch.β
βOur son has been going to magic roundabout for just over a year and loves it. The staff are very friendly and caring and organise lots of activities for them. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend.β
βWe love the staff at KSN. Amira, Sophie and the others in the preschool room are so wonderful with our son and make him love learning. Mariam, Ellie and Charley have been brilliant with our daughter in the baby room. We really rate the staff and have had consistently wonderful experiences, even through times where we know recruitment can be a challenge.β
βIdeal location, walkable to city centre and also to Temple Meads rail station. Comfortable room, friendly and welcoming staff and check out time at 1200. Would recommend and look forward to staying again!β
βWe visited the Bistro after a quick shop around 4.30ish today. I just want to say the lads behind the Bistro counter downstairs were so kind and welcoming, best customer service we have received in a long time. My daughter spilt her drink and was a bit tearful with embarrassment however one of the lovely guys helped clear it up for us and made her feel at ease. Sorry I didnt get your name but you were fab!β
βAn absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we checked in at reception, where the friendly and welcoming staff greeted us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The entire venue was immaculately clean. Our room was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, beds and bathroom were fantastic. The food is of an exceptionally high standard. A special note must go to our waiter in the evening, Aarc. Extremely polite, professional and helpful. A credit to the company. Highly recommend if your looking for somewhere to stay in Bristolβ
βPremier Inn Bristol King Street β Perfect Location and Outstanding Service Stayed at Premier Inn Bristol King Street and couldnβt have asked for more. Itβs a great hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for a night out or a stag do, with bars, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from a well-run Premier Inn β clean, comfortable, and reliable, with all the essentials for a stress-free stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A booking error meant a double room had been reserved instead of a twin, but the team went above and beyond to fix it β bending over backwards to sort out a twin room on the spot and save the booking. If youβre planning a night out in Bristol and want good value accommodation with first-class customer service, this is a top choice.β
βBrilliant Service for our two day conference with almost 40 delegates attending from across the country. The Drawing Room was the perfect space for presentations and working groups, with space on one side for a grazing station and tables for a working lunch. The room was set up exactly as requested and lovely and toasty during a cold November. The team were very adaptable to our ever changing plans and it was very easy to arrange meetings in person as well as liaise over email. The accommodation was gorgeous and everyone was very happy with their rooms. We also hosted a private dinner in the Garden Room, which again was set up exactly as requested with space to network. It ran to our timetable taking into account welcome drinks, speeches and a three course meal. Again it was lovely and toasty for a cold and wet November. And lunch in the brassiere on the final day was delicious. Complements to the entire team. Would highly recommend!β
βI cannot recommend Treehouse enough. My daughter has been attending since september last year and she absolutely loves it there. She cheers with excitement when we arrive outside and its just so obvious she is looked after well and enjoys herself. The staff are lovely, always friendly and its clear to see that they like and care about all the children. Aside from just having a great time there, she also comes home with new skills and talking about friends she has made there.β
βHad the best time in Game today and was helped by the lovely Damon. He didn't hesitate to assist in finding a new headset & switch games, with much knowledge to kindly bestow upon us when we were unsure. Damon rocks! Everyone should shop hereβΊοΈβ
βThe team at Childrenβs A&E and on the Penguin Ward are fantastic, 2nd to none! Iβm ever so grateful they helped my son with his medical issues. The dedication and patience they have. Hats off to them.β
βA hotel where you can take your pets! This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, well laid-out and a decent size. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking at the nearby Millennium Square car park is discounted and the buffet-style breakfast is plentiful and delicious.β
βA decent hotel with a good standard. My room was lovely and clean. Teas and coffees. All pretty standard stuff. The staff were lovely and very helpful as my card key played up on one occasion. Would be happy to stay again Worst I can say is no free parking. Bit it is the city centre I supposeβ
βAmazing experience staying here! Staff very friendly and helpful and also non-judgemental (as we turned up head to toe in Halloween gear aha) and no one batted an eyelid. Our room was clean and well laid out with comfy pillows and good room temperature settings. The hotel feels very fancy and well put together and for the price is amazing value for money.β
βImpressive faΓ§ade for a Spoons, was quite busy but managed to get a table and my burger which I ordered via the app arrived in 10 mins and was great value. Would recommend if you like a Spoons.β
βMy son attended here and the service was the best I could ever have hoped for. Having a nursery you can trust makes it that bit easier returning to work. All staff seemed to know my son well whether they are working directly in his group or not. Such a friendly and happy environment.β
βWe'd previously been at a different nursery that my daughter didn't get on with but she loves it at Bright Horizons. She's been there 1.5 years now and all the staff know her by name and talk to her. They all make an effort to understand her and what she needs. The outside space is amazing and they do activities like forest school where they take them offsite. Danielle, Alisha, Jenny & Jade really couldn't do more to make her have more fun at nursery.β
βGood family centre for children with additional needsβ
βI would highly recommend Raised In for anyone going through the process of picking a nursery for their child. The staff are so accommodating to child and parents needs. They are organised, professional and thorough yet warm and inviting. They feel like family. Everything is set up perfectly for your childβs development and the standard of care is second to none. They truly care deeply about every single child that comes into their care and you leave your child there knowing they are in good, safe hands. We absolutely made the right choice with Raised In. Our daughter has come leaps and bounds since starting in September and sheβs so ready to start her next step into school.β
βMy son settled into Little Wellies really quickly and is having a fantastic time. The staff have been brilliant and I get a good daily overview of what he has been up to. Great facilities and playgrounds for plenty of time outdoors.β
βMy eldest daughter spent few months here and we were little worried she wonβt fit in as we just moved in here but the staff were very nice and helped her all the way. Thanx to all of you β€οΈβ

βExcellent day center mum really looks forward to seeing her friends and friendly staff every week. Thank you BCL. WINβ
βMy daughter has been going to Brightstars for 2.5 years and has thrived in the care of all the staff couldnβt recommend them enough!β
βMy two children attend the nursery and my first has done since he was 9 months old. The nursery is excellent and a lovely nurturing environment. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond. My children are very happy there and I would highly recommend.β
