Thought I’d update as it’s a little confusing where this is. Bath Childrens centre (Parkside) is immediately right as you come out of the Charlotte Street Exit of the Charlotte Street Car Park. It is next to Heritage Group Travel and not further back in the car park. It’s a bit difficult down the narrow path if you have a wheelchair or buggy, but reception staff are lovely. The rooms inside are light and airy and there are toilet and baby changing facilities quite near the secure entrance.
