Brilliant Service for our two day conference with almost 40 delegates attending from across the country. The Drawing Room was the perfect space for presentations and working groups, with space on one side for a grazing station and tables for a working lunch. The room was set up exactly as requested and lovely and toasty during a cold November. The team were very adaptable to our ever changing plans and it was very easy to arrange meetings in person as well as liaise over email. The accommodation was gorgeous and everyone was very happy with their rooms. We also hosted a private dinner in the Garden Room, which again was set up exactly as requested with space to network. It ran to our timetable taking into account welcome drinks, speeches and a three course meal. Again it was lovely and toasty for a cold and wet November. And lunch in the brassiere on the final day was delicious. Complements to the entire team. Would highly recommend!

Me and my friend recently came back from a two night stay at the Hilton Cadbury house which we originally booked through spa breaks. It was such a fab trip and great deal, such amazing value for money too! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and worked so hard to make our stay the best it could possibly be. They even went the extra mile and brought a bottle of Prosecco to our room which was complimentary which was so kind and really special. The spa facilities are great and I even did a morning spinning class which was taught by Graham who was fantastic! Such a great start to my day! We both had treatments, my friend had a facial and I had a full body relaxation massage and we were both so impressed by these. Ellie was the lady that did my massage and she was absolutely incredible, I’ve never felt so relaxed in such a long time and she even put a hair mask in my hair and a lotion on my pack to help relieve tension from my muscles, her technique was amazing and I was so impressed, she was so skilled! The food that we had both nights were amazing and the breakfast was great too, the hotel is beautiful and facilities are lovely. Overall it was a really really lovely stay, what stands out is the staff and their hard work and I cannot wait to stay there again!

I love the concept of this hotel. It's an idyllic hotel in the perfect location, but when you look on the inside there are some things that aren't so perfect. The beds are awful - hard as a rock and I woke up every morning with a sore back, not having slept well at all. The floor honestly would have been more comfortable. How the floors are numbered is also quite confusing (ex. a 400 room being on the 6th floor). The shower was very goofy as there was no door or curtain, it was almost completely open so anytime you showered, water got all over the floor which is an accident waiting to happen. The hardest thing about staying here, though, were the events being held causing a lot of noise. There was one night where a wedding party carried on past 2am - it seems there are no quiet hours or respect to guests. I do understand this is a great venue for weddings, but either there needs to be better soundproofing or quiet hours in place especially since this hotel is near enough to an airport to assume folks may be traveling. Some things they did well here were housekeeping - they refreshed our room every night and changed our towels which was much appreciated. Room service was quick, the drinks were delicious, and the food was restaurant-quality. The Marco Pierre White restaurant was delicious, reasonably priced, and had a good variety for any picky eater. Overall, I don't know if I'd stay here again, but I'd definitely hold an event here if I were in the area again

I’ll give this a 1 star rating. Me and my wife were really looking forward to a spa day here! The spa wasn’t too bad all though there were children in there screaming the whole time and also an aqua aerobics class going on but after a while it did quiet down and the spa was good. However, once we finished the spa. I had realised my trainers went missing from the changing rooms. After looking everywhere and searching every locker, informing the staff etc. it became apparent that my trainers were stolen! These weren’t any old trainers they were very expensive and also a gift from my wife a few days before. As they hold sentimental value and not to mention the fact they were limited edition Adidas NMD trainers, I was obviously upset. I can’t hold the blame on the venue, All though this is clearly an example of what sort of customers/members this place attracts. I left with no trainers and it really ruined the whole day for us. I want people to be aware that this does happen here, so keep your belongings safe. To the man who did steal them, you’re disgusting and really need to have a word with yourself and I hope you enjoy them. Cheers then.

Highly recommend. Spa is very well equipped. Could have spent all day there. And the hotel itself is comfortable with really helpful staff. The Marco Pierre White restaurant is overpriced and doesn’t live up to the hype that the numerous moody black and white portraits of MPW strewn all over the walls suggests, but the three course set menu they offered was reasonable. Breakfast was great. Would return.

A weekend getaway for us. Lovely location and building. The hotel is secluded in a very quiet area, there are shops near if you need anything though. We had an issue with the TV, which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was delicious, and the decor of the public areas is very good. The rooms are good, but they don't seem to follow the same extravagant style of the public areas, but comfortable and spacious. The added bonus is a gym and swimming pool. I would recommend visiting here.

Lovely stay for two nights as a birthday treat. The staff were super helpful- couldn’t fault them. The hotel itself had a few substandard elements. The room we were initially allocated was a wheelchair accessible room. Would have been perfect for a wheelchair user, but for us the sink was very low and it lacked a bathtub which we were keen on. We were quickly and efficiently moved to a new room by the staff. The new room had a bathtub, however there was mould on the tap. The rooms also don’t have a fridge so we couldn’t keep our drinks cold. We were provided with an ice bucket instead and this worked for us. We were accidentally charged for drinks we did not buy at the bar as their till broke. But again the staff sorted this out for us very quickly. Lastly the hot tub in the spa wasn’t very warm but we still enjoyed our time in there.

We stayed here for a couple of nights due to our central heating boiler failing. We wanted somewhere close to home and travelled down the road to Cadbury. The staff really looked after us, making us feel welcome and making sure that we had a room with a bath. Trust me when you have no hot water or heating a bath is a welcome distraction. We ate in the restaurant and had a nice meal and breakfast there. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed. Would we recommend the hotel? Yes we would :-)

The hotel and spa were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff and facilities. We were made to feel really comfortable and had a wonderful time during our three night stay. Some areas did need a little TLC, in terms of touching up paint and marks on walls in the room but overall it was clean and tidy. Not having a fridge in the deluxe room was a little unusual and was something we did need so kept items in the boot of the car as it was cold outside, also no hair dryer but I had brought my own so that was rectified. The restaurant is very nice, although there was very little options for non meat eaters or vegans. Whilst we do eat fish, a dairy intolerance meant that there was very little to choose from as most meals had cheese and/or meat. The fish and chips however - lovely. The breakfast was nice and veggie sausages were available for us on request. We also had to bring our own alternative milk as soya was only the available alternative milk, however there were other options in the spa which was lovely after a nice treatment. Despite the little issues here and there, a really positive experience and trip.

Promised so much, delivered so little. We were put on the second floor and they use that corridor to run food from the kitchen to the event space, they had an event every evening of our stay, trolleys up and down the corridor all evening till late! The room was small, ment for a one night stay, no draws to unpack into, no fridge, no water in the room. Thus is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, no thought was given to the experience we would have stayed in this room. As for the cleanliness of the bathroom especially the shower! It was awful, I have never seen such a dirty shower in a hotel...a chair in the room was so stained, it should just be removed. We booked four nights, left after three! This is an awful hotel. I have no idea how this has a four star rating!
