βGreat nursery and I highly recommend. My daughter has been going for the past 3 years and has loved it. Now ready for the next step and starting school which she is so excited for. I have enjoyed reading what she has been up to in her learning journals and encouraging her in her development along the way. Thank you so much for everything you have done.β
βStaff are always so friendly and helpful I have a very clingy child but she always looks so happy when I get updates of her at nursery itβs so nice when Iβm at work to see she is happy and settledβ
βThe most amazing nursery/pre-school and team. My daughter only joined in March 23, so 6 months. In that time sheβs flourished immensely with Cherry Tree. The staff are happy, cheery, attentive and seem to really care and love their work. Just sad we didnβt get in sooner. Really highlighted the flaws of the other nursery. Fantastic guys, thanks a million.β
βJust wanted to say a huge thank you for a brilliant party, the children (and adults) were totally entertained and everyone has said what a lovely time they had. Renee said when we got home that she wants you both to do her party next year! Hope you are having a well deserved rest today! Thanks again Sarahβ
βSchool was great, no matter what inspectors say - that school led people like me on to private education. Also the teachers are super cool and it's just g8β
βMy daughter likes a lot this place because she met quite a lot new friends. The staff is polite and gentle with the kids and during the week I feel safe about my little princess. When I pick her after work she has hard time leaving. And if you could have seen her in the beginning - she was crying not to leave her there! Definitely a child friendly place.β
βWonderful team, great, supportive, nurturing environment for children to learn, and develop, confidently, as people.β
βWales One Nursery has undergone a positive transformation in recent months under the capable leadership of Nursery Manager Emma. One of the standout features of Wales 1 Nursery is the new child-centered syllabus that focuses on tailoring learning programs to each child's individual needs and stage of development rather than generic age-related activities. This personalised approach ensures that every child receives the attention and support they require to thrive. The nursery offers a variety of activities for the children, including trips to local attractions such as wetlands, castles, and parks. These experiences not only provide fun and educational opportunities but also help foster bonds among the children. The introduction of parent evenings and regular communication from the room leader and Emma demonstrates the nursery's commitment to keeping parents informed and involved in their child's progress and well-being. It's also commendable that the nursery has received a gold award for providing healthy snacks, reflecting their dedication to promoting a nutritious environment for the children. This initiative highlights the importance of instilling healthy eating habits from a young age - again something very important to my family.β
βAwesome teachers and great schoolβ
βHad an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it. Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.β
βFriendly quick service when I collected an online purchase.β
βThe only thing that ruins it for me is there is only bin, I spoke to the council to put a bin down in the right hand side due to kids sitting down there and throwing there rubbish out I'd like to think this message might help Many thanks Mark Adamsβ
βAbsolutely amazing school. the staff supported me with everything from my learning to issues outside of school. Really enjoyed my time at primary school and would do it again in a heartbeat. everyone is so friendly , the school is kept tidy and is just a great school. My teachers really helped me with my learning and pushed me to make progress as best I could. nothing but good to say about stoke lodge primary schoolβ
βI have to say I read the reviews here and on other sites and was sceptical but I still went along to the open day to check it out. I was bowled over by the warm environment, the setting was clean, bright with natural light thanks to the huge windows and the staff were an absolute delight. They were not afraid to face into the problems of the past and discuss previous failings and what was being done to make sure this didn't happen again. The settling in days went fantastically, my little one was in his element, and they took the time to make I was ok (they know it's the parents that struggle the most with letting go those first few times). They really do care about each child hand overs are always genuinely informative. They have coped so well with everything my dare devil little one has thrown at them! He has been in now for a little over 9 months and the joy he has in the mornings going in is so reassuring to see. He has loved both of his key people and comes home happy and exhausted from all the engaging learning activities they do. In short there were definitely issues in the past but now I could not recommend this nursery more. Huge credit to the two Sammies, the room leaders, the reception staff and the whole team.β
βMy daughter attended the nursery at the preschool group and I cannot thank enough the team! They were extremely supportive and helpful from her first day! She has been very shy and in the beginning very nervous, but now that she is about to move to big school she is asking me if she still will be able to go to nursery and play with her friends and teachers and that is saying a lot! Staff and the manager have been always supportive and helpful and happy to answer my thousands of questions! Highly recommend the nursery!!! Thank you!β
βExcellent customer service with a young girl called Hannah, not only did she give excellent customer service and show compassion and kindness to me, after she carried on by asking other customers around the store if they needed help. This girl needs a payrise shes worth her weight in gold.β
βWe recently had the pleasure of being assisted by George at B&Q in Yate while searching for a solution to remove green algae from our fence posts. His thorough understanding of the products and their applications was immediately evident, and he patiently explained the best way to solve the problem. He also suggested a great product for us to use that he himself had used in the past. George also saved us a lot of future problems by advising us not to apply a waterproofing solution. What truly set George apart was his genuine interest in our project to protect our fence now and in the future and thanks to his expert guidance, we feel reassured and confident that we can eradicate the green algae and maintain our fence in the best possible way. Thanks George!β
βExceptional service and advice is worthy of note. Friday 5 September looking for advice and recommendations for fastening a towel radiator to a plaster board wall. Unfortunately I did not note the guys name but what an ambassador for your business. He knew the product ranges, knew how to relate to customers and was an excellent communicator. Really impressed.β
βThe staff, Morgan, is very professional and helpful in advising us to buy bike for our kid.β
βFor the price that Iβve paid, it is worth of money! Kind of Gen Z vibes. Location-wise it is 15-20 mins walk from the train station, and situated at the center of Bath. Breakfast is provided, good enough for me. They charge for the towel, 2.5Β£ and luggage storage 2Β£ per bag, but I dont find it an issue as the room price is considered affordable already. The service and staffs are friendly. Love the ambience of the place. I would consider it again if I ever come back to Bath.β
βWent with a friend for breakfast today. What a wonderful treat. Opted for the full breakfast option and whilst we waited we had cereal and fruit. Food was absolutely delicious and our lovely waitress Gwen brought me my GF toast with it. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money and will definitely be back again.β
βWe visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.β
βGreat prices with lots of choices. Nice to see they still have lots of tills with staff on.β
