“Very good food. 2 adults and 2 kids. Sat in the restaurant. The Nan breads were great. Tandoori mixed starter delicious. The butter chicken and Dansak were very tasty. The seating area is a little on the cafe style rather than the restaurant end but the price for the food was spot on. Thanks”

“I purchased a new dining table with chairs and a sideboard today, and I was lucky enough to be helped by James. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, even though I was very indecisive and took up so much of his time. James went above and beyond, showing me accessories that would complement my furniture beautifully, and he made me feel completely comfortable asking what I thought were “silly” questions. “I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”

“A really lovely chain option in the heart of Bath. Cosy Club does it's usual formula of providing an off-street Cafe with relaxing vibes and consistent good quality, with the added bonus of a lovely balcony area overlooking the busy square. The food was good, well presented, reasonably priced, and with great options for kids. Coffees were good too, nothing special but reasonably well made. Highchairs were available, and service was incredibly friendly.”

“Purple Childcare is a fantastic nursery that we could not recommend highly enough. As soon as we viewed the nursery it was clear this was the place to send out daughter - all the staff were engaging and friendly and most importantly it was obvious the children were well cared for, stimulated and having lots of fun. Over the past year our first impressions have been proved absolutely correct and our daughter has flourished here. She looks forward to going each day and they have a great garden which they are always playing in but what makes purple Childcare so special is the staff. They all know my daughter so well and the way they talk to her and interact with her clearly show this, the feedback and updates we get also show how much they care and understand what she likes and what she needs.”

“Lovely hostel up a hill. Getting to and from it is an adventure for the children, and me! Stayed in a nice, private ensuite family room. spacious self catering room. Doesn't have a cooker but has air fryer ovens. Pleasant atmosphere. Amazing views. I would advise taking additional pillows with you. We have now stayed at a number of YHA hostels. Always positive and good value for money. Thank you YHA Bath.”

“What a wonderful experience. We spent one night here. It is an beautiful old building. Our room was at the top of the house and old beams were exposed. Shower was great lots of hot water. Bed was really big and comfy. Very good continental breakfast, with a croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, crumpets, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, cheese, juice and more. Thank you so much we really enjoyed it.”

“Our local Homebase has improved a lot over the last few years. It went through a stage where some of the prices were just "How much...?!", but now all the costs seem to be sensible and fair. Stock levels are good and staff are consistently helpful, in my experience. It's nice to still have a big local store like this in the heart of Portishead; it's the sort of place you buy stuff that you can't just order in on Amazon.”

“We had the Carvery. Lovely Meats beautifully cooked Turkey, Beef & Gammon. A good choice of well cooked Vegetables & the Onion gravy was lush. The Sauces complemented the dinner. Well reccomended to all.”

“We love adventure babies, it's the highlight of the week for us. We started going when my daughter was a few months old and it's lovely seeing the different ways she interacts with the environment as she grows, she's now nearly one year old. It was the first place she was excited to go to when she began to recognise the entrance! It's a lovely place to meet other parents and it feels like a safe inclusive environment which was really important to me, as I went not knowing anyone and was having a tough time recovering. Tam is the bringer of magic, she considers so many little details and has a warmth and energy that makes the babies light up. She cares about the parents too and I myself also look forward to seeing her every week. For us it is special and we'll keep coming for a long as we can.”

“We were so lucky to be able to send our son to Next Steps, this place is an absolute gem! Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, our son has never complained and neither can we. The team works together and children develop all sorts of skills during their time here. They go for walks, play in the forest school, cook, bake, yoga, learn about different aspects of life, careers and develop great friendships. We definitely recommend this setting and would really like to thank everyone for their kind and caring ways.”
