   I don’t know what is up with this Nando’s but every time I come here I have a bad experience. Manager asked us to come back in 10-15 minutes because they were busy, which is absolutely understandable. We asked if he wanted to take a name like the other Nando’s normally does but he said no. We asked if we could sit in as it’s cold out and he said that’s fine as long as we don’t order. He let in a few groups who had been and left for the 15 minutes, but then he let in 3 other groups of two who clearly hadn’t been here yet. Then came back and asked if we were waiting for food. So clearly he’d forgotten us. Then once sitting down after 20 or so minutes, none of the most relevant food was available. No butterfly chicken, no wraps, pitas, nothing. This seems to be a common occurrence here too. On the way out I said it would be nice to have known before waiting. He said ‘there’s still plenty of food’. What? Peri chips? Immediately went to the Nando’s in odeon and will continue to do so, never had issues there.

   I love Nando’s but yesterday it was not a good experience. Customer’s who arrived after us were served their food beforehand; we all used the till and not the QR code option. When my food arrived, the chicken wings were completely burnt and dry. I didn’t ask for them to be changed, as the waitresses were just hanging around and it would’ve just taken too long to rectify. I don’t want to sit without food whilst everyone carries on eating theirs. Manage the orders properly and don’t leave them just sitting under the hot plate for ages! This has happened before so training and management needs to be improved.

   Burned is what Nando's does well. Charred may be a better word, so when the garlic bread arrived black it sort of added to the magic. Nevertheless it was added to by a fresh batch, unasked for, which was both thoughtful and delicious. This Nando's, underground almost, is attractively cool on a hot day and offers service that's second to none. We went for the chicken. Of course. That's why they're there. And thank goodness they are. Five stars plus an extra one because it was a busy Friday.

   Its a nandos, but a really nice one, feels almost like a cave restuarant. Had to wait 20min for a table, on a cold night, but was well worth it. The chicken and chips were prepared and served as it should be. I know my nandos, comes from my country. This is better than most.

   Worst service I’ve ever had from a Nando’s, would give it 0 stars if I could. There was a 30 minute wait for a table, no problem at all. Left our name and number with the guy at the door and went off for a while. 30 came and went, then 40, 50, 1 hour…. Eventually my partner went to the door and asked what was going on as we could see it was practically empty inside. The man at the door said he’d “sent a notification a while ago”, obviously he’d forgotten, but chose to lie instead of owning up to his mistake. We sat down and ordered quickly (we always have the same, or a variation of the same). We had to wait 20 minutes for 2 glasses and a carton of juice because of a “ticket malfunction”, again, I presume a lie. I would wager someone had forgotten to change the till roll. The food was delicious as per usual, but the service was very very poor. The man with the iPad was milling around looking unhelpful, whilst his colleague was racing around the very few tables like a gerbil. Bad managing and bad lying. Not impressed and unsure if we’ll bother returning to this particular Nando’s.

   Amazing, never been to a Nando's before but I am obsessed now. Incredible food, great atmosphere and service, and the chilli jam is absolutely to die for!! I want to buy some for myself and put it on everything I eat. Right next to Bath Spa train station for ease of access, close enough walk to everything worth seeing in Bath. Definitely a good place for lunch or dinner if you're around

   Food was lovely, chips in particular were super hot and just right. Nice friendly, relaxed vibe. Toilets cosy warm and clean. We managed to forget one of our shopping bags and left it on the table and staff held it for us to collect the next day. Also, my brain seems to notice these random things but all the sauces were lined up beautifully on the sauces table. Also, very child friendly. Would definatly recommend.
