βWe lucked into the most magical day on our Cotswolds tour with Chris as our guide! What to say? We were excited for it but the tour so exceeded even our most hopeful expectations. Chris brought us to several villages-- and on the fly curated the trip around our expressed interests and those of the additional guest (who was also an amazing human and like a friend by the end of the tour!). He is unbelievably knowledgable. But what sets Chris apart is the way he distills complex history into an understandable story that very quickly facilitates enhanced appreciation for the deep significance of these places beyond their obvious beauty. I took pages of notes and came away with an intense desire to learn more about the place and British history. As an added bonus, Chris is funny, witty, helpful, kind, and interested. He is passionate about history and traveling and that all just enhanced is story telling. It truly was an experience of a lifetime and we are so grateful to Chris for that gift. On the more business like side-- pick up was prompt, van was great, water appreciated, tea and lunch spots authentic and wonderfully charming. Can't stop looking at the pictures! if you're on the fence about this tour-- don't be-- GO!!!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!! :)β
βWe live just around the corner from Naan & Co. This is our first visit since the restaurant changed hands four months ago and it is fantastic. We are overjoyed to have a top quality Indian restaurant nearby. Everything has been transformed. The interior is excellent with beautiful flooring, lighting, tables and seating. The food is first class: well presented and delicious. And the family who own the restaurant are all lovely: friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back very soon.β
βReally good afternoon throwing axes...Isaac was a good Instructor with a good mix of humour and seriousness and although we thought 70 mins would be a long time it went by so fast....the bottomless brunch was also good with the pizza being tasty and big enough (with the drinks).β
βOrdered online for pick up, which was super easy - got a text to tell me pizza was ready. Pizza was absolutely delicious, great squooshy dough & really nice quality toppings. The lemon & basil dip was so good and seemed fresh, totally different from the sad warm mayo some places give you. If I was in Bedminster more I'd have a hard time not spending all my money here. Worth noting it's not the most rigid pizza (at least when it's been in a box for ten minutes) so you might want cutlery and/or napkins on hand.β
βDespite all the brilliant reviews, I had an impression that this would be a slightly cheesy place because of the name and all the βcoqβ puns. I couldnβt have been more wrong! Itβs a very cool, intimate atmosphere with vibey music and lovely staff. The food was incredible - both the veggie and chicken options - and generous portions. We didnβt have room for pudding so took home a little tiramisu, which is also homemade. Super impressed, and we will be regulars - but please please open a branch in Devizes :-)β
βWe were staying in the area and enjoyed a flavoursome meal at a fair price. The spices were exquisitely balanced. We left wishing we had this wonderful restaurant on our doorstep.β
βStaple Hill's best kept secret. No pretentious frills, just great tasting food in a chilled friendly space. All the tapas we tried were incredibly tasty, served fresh and hot. The cod and asparagus was sublime, just cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, definitely has a family run feel. Highly recommended.β
βdelicious, fresh, full of flavour, home-cooked, that's all that describes your food, I've forgotten about chain burger places for half a year now, these are the best burgers in Bristol! I've been there and seen how the owners prepare their orders with love for each customer! When ordering home delivery I enjoy fresh French fries with natural seasoning. I love your home-made sauces, and the lemonade is something! I love this place, I highly recommend it!β
βWe saw all the good reviews on google and we can say the 4.9 is well deserved. At first we were a bit skeptical about the location because itβs not in the city center where most restaurants are located. Luckily we made the decision to try it and we had very delicious food. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. If youβre in Bristol and looking for something to eat you should go here.β
βAbsolutely delicious food. Their Sunday roast is the best I've ever had. Their desserts are amazing. I would highly recommend this family run restaurant to anyone. Reserving a table is advisable.β
βYesterday I went for lunch with my family to Bouvardia Restaurant for Sunday dinner. The decor was beautiful, it felt very peaceful there. The waiters were very polite and friendly and gave us recommendations. We were delighted the quality of the food (was told they use local produce and the menu that changes with the seasons) - my son said the beef ravioli was so good that he wants to come and have it everyday! The chicken was one of the most tender and tastiest I have had in a very long time Half way through our meal we were already saying we need to come back for dinner to try the regular menu! Quite surprised most people we told about have not heard about it, a true hidden gem in Bath!β
βLoved this place!! Tried the Falloumi and it tasted amazing. Would love to suggest this place for anyone who would like to try real Egyptian food made by lovely Egyptian people.β
βHad their todayβs special was really lovely. Just a reminder that the portions are quite big if you donβt usually eat a lot they do serve small portions (some of the items) Staff are very friendly and food served quite quickly.β
βI went to Wilsonβs yesterday evening for my birthday And the staff were phenomenal! So lovely, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The food and wine pairings were excellent, canβt wait to return!β
βHad a fantastic meal at COR who catered brilliantly for gluten free (coeliac) requirements. Most of the menu can be adapted to be gluten free and staff were brilliant at communicating allergen information which made me feel at ease right away.Β They even had a lovely gluten free bread to enjoy with the appetisers. The food itself was excellent - seasonal Mediterranean inspired dishes which had so much flavour. The Tropea onion with gorgonzola and hazelnuts was divine! My favourite meal I've had in Bristol in a long time!β
βThe experience at Zen Thai is incredible. We come most years on our annual trip to Somerset and the food is just outstanding. The service is also incredible, from everyone there but particularly Spencer. You really feel like there is real effort and care put into everything.β
βThe food was incredible and we will be back! I recommend it to anyone who wants authentic Italian food. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I was able to practice my Italian. I was really happy with our mealβ
βIncredible! Went for our anniversary... and it was superb! We've been to Michelin Star Restaurants before that haven't even come close to Muse... 4 cocktails, 5 dishes, plus a bottle of wine, everything a delight with complete attention to detail. They also chucked in a Amuse-bouche and when they realised it was our anniversary a surprise sweet dish at the end... pictured. Go Here!β
βI absolutely loved the performing songs improv course I did last summer and am really looking forward to doing more courses next year. The theatre has wonderful teachers and has created a really welcoming community.β
βWell, what a restaurant. I would implore you to visit. The food is fabulous. More importantly the service is wonderful. We came for lunch and spent nearly 2 hours talking to the owners and staff ans more importantly tasting lovely food. At Β£35 for 3 courses, an absolute steal.β
βOne of my favorite meals in England!! So delicious! Owners were friendly and service was exceptional. Food was fresh and so tasty. Go eat there!!β
βI am extremely pleased with the quality of service and the atmosphere is beyond expectations. You feel the vibe of an official pizza takeaway and feel super welcomed the moment you step foot. The quality of the pizza is way beyond expectation and you can tell that the recipe is specialised with care. I would most definitely recommend this place for pizza lovers. I want to also hint about the convenience of store location and the splendid job that the team make by being one of many limited takeaway stores within the vicinity.β
βHad an amazing time!! Great location and the apartment was incredibly clean and modernβ
βWe have been at Kestrel court for the past 6 years - The Pure Office staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The site has plenty of parking spaces and the main receptions offers 121 stations and a place to relax. There are also local shops, restaurants, hotels and cafΓ© all within walking distances. Perfect spot to run a business.β
βWe had a lovely lunch at Amalfi and would highly recommend it. The service was exceptional. Our table was delayed but they gave us a complimentary drink when we arrived, and Tony and his team were brilliant throughout. Excellent food as well!β
βAuthentic Italian food and wine. We enjoyed a lovely lunch. Β£95 for 5 pax approx. Great location. Parking not availableβ
βVery enjoyable meal at this local winner. Great food and service from a family restaurant thatβs been here for a while. Nice location too by the bridge & castle for an after dinner walk.β
βFrom the minute we arrived, the waiter made us feel so welcome. All the staff were very friendly and funny. The food was incredible - pizza and pasta alike - and the atmosphere was really buzzing. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting authentic and great value Italian cuisine with brilliant service.β
βSuch a lovely restaurant, food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and accommodatingβ
