   We had our little Christmas party at Muse in Bristol yesterday. I have to say it was one of the nicest Restaurants we've booked. Not only was the food delicious, cocktails from the barman were fabulous, staff at the restaurant were absolutely amazing. From the booking process , to ordering what we wanted and then the actual service on the day. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend going there. We had a really lovely afternoon. So thank you to You all for making our day special. I will be returning for my Birthday in feb at some point. Have a wonderful Christmas to the Muse team xxx

   This place is awesome! Visited last weekend for dinner and enjoyed absolutely delicious food and impeccable service. The only reason I’ve marked the atmosphere as only 3 stars is that it’s very noisy (it was nearly full when I visited) and the lighting is too bright for my liking, it would be an intimate and romantic experience if these 2 things could be improved. Overall though, fantastic, and I do recommend you visit.

   Incredible! Went for our anniversary... and it was superb! We've been to Michelin Star Restaurants before that haven't even come close to Muse... 4 cocktails, 5 dishes, plus a bottle of wine, everything a delight with complete attention to detail. They also chucked in a Amuse-bouche and when they realised it was our anniversary a surprise sweet dish at the end... pictured. Go Here!

   Excellent experience. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food, well priced and varied wine list. I had the lamb special - beautifully presented, delicious. Decent selection of veggie and fish dishes. Staff attentive but not too much. Spectacular cocktails. Nice roomy venue, highly recommend. And the chef came out personally to check we enjoyed everything which was a nice touch.

From the moment you step inside this exquisite restaurant, you'll be transported to a world of culinary delights that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more - all thanks to the amazing team, including the incredible mixologist Sonny and amazing restaurant manager Lara. To start off the evening, Sonny's Smoked Sidecar Cocktail was the perfect choice. It was a tantalizing blend of flavors that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. And Lara's warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. As for the amuse-bouche soup, it was nothing short of a masterpiece - a beautiful and delicate dish that set the stage for the rest of the meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience was truly impressive. Next up, my girlfriend and I shared the Beetroot Tikki, a dish that we had never tasted before. And boy, were we blown away! The outstanding blend of flavors was simply sensational, and we couldn't help but savor every bite. The Cheese Souffle - or, as I like to call it, a cheesy marshmallow - was a heavenly combination of cheesy goodness and melt-in-your-mouth texture that left me utterly speechless. The Moules Et Frites were also a standout - fresh, succulent mussels paired with perfectly cooked fries made for a truly unforgettable dish. And last but not least, the beef cheek - As the night progressed, I had the distinct pleasure of indulging in the Beef Cheek dish, and what a dish it was! The meat was so soft and tender that it simply melted in my mouth, leaving me feeling absolutely mesmerized. The flavors were expertly balanced, with a richness that was perfectly complemented by the subtle sweetness of the honey-roasted vegetables that accompanied it. The Beef Cheek was the perfect example of culinary perfection - expertly cooked, expertly seasoned, and expertly served. It was clear to me that the chefs at Muse Brasserie take great pride in the dishes they prepare, and it was evident in every bite I took. In summary, Muse Brasserie is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. From the exceptional menu to the impeccable service, everything about this restaurant is truly world-class - thanks to the incredible team led by Sonny and Lara. I cannot recommend it highly enough - go check it out for yourself and prepare to be amazed!

   Really lovely new restaurant with a great ambiance, professional and attentive staff, and a superb Indian French fusion menu. The Thali could have had stronger flavors and more varied texture but was a good size and was very well presented. The okra starter was large and really delicious. The wine selection is good and the wine by the glass is reasonable, with three sizes to choose from. The location is really central, just a block from the harbour, so perfect for a gorgeous dinner before an evening out, pre-theatre, or for no reason at all. The vibe is casual elegance. I predict we'll become regulars.
