I went to Wilsonβs yesterday evening for my birthday And the staff were phenomenal! So lovely, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The food and wine pairings were excellent, canβt wait to return!

Left unhappy after specifically going to a Michelin star for a lovely meal. Slow service, staff is snooty and arrogant. Inattentive. Food was very average. Not satisfying. Wine pairings could have been better. Spending 500Β£ for a meal for 4. Could have had a better meal in Bristol easily. Being a world traveller and dined at many Michelin stars before. They are losing their Michelin star next year for sure. As it wasnβt up to the mark.

An amazing meal! Each course was faultless and they complemented each other perfectly to deliver a wonderful experience. The first few courses were subtle and understated but still delivered complex and sometimes surprising flavours. Then the cod, deer and cheese added substance. Finally the desserts cleverly bridged from savoury to sweet. Too many highlights but probably the fallow deer was my favourite. The produce from the restaurants market garden was a wonderful theme running through the meal.

This was the best meal me and my partner have had. Incredibly well thought through menue. We got the wine pairing which was well worth it. We had multiple team members looking after us and every single one was friendly and knowledgable. Everyone should go here and tell all their friends and family to do the same!

Fantastic meal yet again! It's been a while so we forgot how good it is here! Even in the coldest least productive months of the year they still deliver an outstanding taster menu of locally sourced and in season food! Well done Wilson's you are showing them all how it's done! Highlight was the herb sorbet meringue but every course was delicious!

The best value meal I've ever had! The lunch set menu is Β£25 and includes a glass of wine. We were recommended Wilson's and it didn't disappoint. The quality is top notch and the menu was really interesting and extensive for the price (I've included pics of all dishes). The service was friendly and knowledgeable. I still can't get over how good it was for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it to others.

Not just a meal but a food experience. The food is out of this world. We had the lunch tasting menu, which is a smaller selection of the full taster menu which also comes with a glass of wine. All the food is grown and reared by the restaurant or local suppliers. It's an intimate setting. Beautiful wine selection. Staff were friendly and welcoming and gave great explanations of each course.

Beautiful little neighbourhood resteraunt in a well heeled area of Bristol. Unpretentious and a set menu but the food is really beautifully presented, so much thought put in, tons of home grown herbs and vegetables in the dishes with delicious flavour. Surprising things you may never have tasted before. I also highly recommend the wine flight. Fantastic friendly and knowledgeable service. A destination for foodies definitely I travelled from Weston-super-Mare, its worth it.

One of the best food experience we ever had! Locally sourced produce and beautiful cooked by the chef, who suggests one unique and seasonal menu. The service is amazing, the two waiters who served us are pros and made sure we had the best time possible. Thank you!
