Best ever gastronomic experience. Mouthwatering blend if flavours which is extremely hard to resist to have more. Definitely coming again when visiting Bristol. The staff are amazing. Hence although it's slightly on the higher side, I am happy to pay for the taste and quality of food served here.
An absolute gem. Every dish was beautifully cooked and full of flavour, with great attention to detail. The team are warm, professional and genuinely care that you have a good time. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely space and a menu that feels special without being pretentious. Already looking forward to coming back.

Had a fantastic meal at COR who catered brilliantly for gluten free (coeliac) requirements. Most of the menu can be adapted to be gluten free and staff were brilliant at communicating allergen information which made me feel at ease right away. They even had a lovely gluten free bread to enjoy with the appetisers. The food itself was excellent - seasonal Mediterranean inspired dishes which had so much flavour. The Tropea onion with gorgonzola and hazelnuts was divine! My favourite meal I've had in Bristol in a long time!
Dishes were outstanding, pork cheek in particular was spectacular. The ambience of this place is wonderful, buzzy yet intimate. Everything we ate and drank was so delicious, can't wait to come back. Super friendly staff too, best spot in Bristol!
Superb food, lovely homely atmosphere, just an excellent menu. I loved all the creative takes on some classics, especially the savoury canelés, that is a triumph! My only wish would be for a tasting menu, would really like to see the chefs idea of how the meal should progress and which dishes on the menu pair best. Another shout out goes to the chocolate mousse, which I shared with my partner.
We went for a date night and were not disappointed! Mushrooms on sourdough were our favourite! The only con was that I wish they had more cocktails on their menu but other than that the quality of food and the variety of food were perfect.
All excellent. From the food, cocktails, wine, service and the ambience. Recommend spiced & truffled sausage from cured meats - so much flavour. Great to see cuttlefish on the menu (yum) and the cannellini beans were a highlight. Can’t wait to visit again.
What a fantastic meal! Friendly and informative service from the moment we arrived and throughout our meal. We particularly enjoyed the croquetta, the chicory and blue cheese salad and the presa iberica. They also serve fresh pints of wiper and true on draught and we drank a delicious bottle of syrah which was sensibly priced. The interior is beautiful and tasteful. Don't miss this gem!
