   After waiting over 2 weeks for an online delivery (which got lost, the label had got destroyed) I popped into Trowbridge Next store on the off chance that they would be able to trace it and find out where it was. Becky was fantastic and after a quick phone call was able to trace it and it was delivered within 24 hours. Thank you Becky for being so helpful especially at this time of year when things are so stressful.

   Visited today to purchase a suit etc for my son to wear to his school prom. I had looked online but all the different fits ands sizes confused me having never need to buy one before. We entered with a little trepidation but Eleanor who was working in the mens department was at hand to assist, she was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I'd like to say a big thank you to her for her assistance and advice.

   Went there today for last minute.com emergency shirt purchase. Didn’t have the one I wanted but shoutout to Nicole working in Menswear she was brilliant at sorting me out, checking the stock both in the back of the store and at local stores in Somerset; and then getting one ordered for pick up at Cabot Circus branch tomorrow, where I’m already booked for lunch - so it all worked out. Nicole was extremely customer focussed, efficient and overall an excellent ambassador for the Next brand. I hope the manager see this and takes note - credit where credit is due in my book.
