“What can you really ask for.... They keep well stocked, the staff are nice when you need something and when busy they put extra people on the tills. Prices are pretty good overall so nothing to complain about. The pre cooked frozen chicken is a godsend as it can just go with loads of stuff and saves tonnes of time.”

“Great cinema in the middle of Trowbridge, clean and very handy having a cinema in our town, use a few times a year, parking can be an issue as of late because the multi story carpark has now closed firing the other car parks to get a bit full, so prepare for that”

“New puppy (lab) owner and was advised by the breeder and the neighbours to go here. Really really pleased with the service and the attention they gave to both myself, my partner and puppy. One could say it’s all sell on, but was definitely not the case. Walked out with loads of things and mostly a world of knowledge. Thank you The staff members that helped us from the guy in the floor until the lady on the checkout were super professional.”

“Had a tyre blow on my car so popped in and there service was great. Were able to order the tyre for me so I could drop off my wheel for them to replace it. Great price and Scott was really nice and friendly and rang me as soon as the tyre was done so I was able to pick it up. Thanks once again”

“Bought my dog in today for a total clean up,I had been in bad health for the last 9 months ,I was greeted by a young woman called “ Taylor “ my dog was very nervous but Taylor sprang into action ,took the dog while talking and stroking her” I was told “ if you come back in two hours I will have washed,clipped and cut all the mats from your dog “. But your dog has lots of mats” (I actually knew this) this happened due to ill health ,I got a text and phone call “ your dogs all done,” arrived to see my dog ! Well I’m shocked,dog looked like a “ show dog” I am over the moon with what Taylor achieved “ a real 10/10 effort and result,I’m home ,I keep looking at my dog thinking “ is that really my dog? She looks amazing “ full respect and thanks Taylor ,amazing job you did ,see you in 12 weeks ,”

She took the time to meet with us one-on-one to understand exactly what we wanted and even thought of the small details, like buttonholes for the page boys and flower crowns for the flower girls. We had a very specific request for white peonies, which were nearly out of season, and she went above and beyond to source them. My bouquet was stunning, and all the flowers arrived in perfect condition on the morning of the wedding. Emma kept us informed throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. She also went the extra mile by writing us a thoughtful card and, the next day, coordinating directly with the venue to collect the mason jars and handle cleanup. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could enjoy the rest of the weekend. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out. We’re so glad we chose Emma and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic florist.”

“So pleased to have found this superb little cafe, a stone's throw from the railway station. On the opposite side of the road to the main footfall, I think this may miss out on the custom it deserves. Generous and delicious light lunches put together with care using fresh and ripe ingredients. And as for the excellent range of home-made cakes baked on site, these are second to none. Definitely recommend that people cross at the traffic lights near asda and give this delightful place a try, they won't be disappointed.”
