Ross here is incredible! Today I spilled my coffee as soon as I got to my seat, my partner went and asked a member of staff for something to clean it up and Ross got us some blue roll. We cleaned up the spill and Ross went and replaced my coffee! Super kind considering the spill was my fault.
Great cinema in the middle of Trowbridge, clean and very handy having a cinema in our town, use a few times a year, parking can be an issue as of late because the multi story carpark has now closed firing the other car parks to get a bit full, so prepare for that
Update. Have signed up to their Limitless+ as it seems a no brainer for seeing new films as they come out Went to the cinema on a spur of the moment - we have been lots of times in the past but not recently - and enjoyed it. As with most Odeons (at least that we've used over the years) the standard is consistent and the screen area was clean. We're thinking of doing their subscription service as a visit to the cinema is a nice experience despite the likes of Netflix etc.
Easy ticketing system, friendly staff, comfortable seats, good film and sound quality. All good. Losing 1 star as I thought the ticket price for a week day matinee was over the top. Might explain why there were only 4 of us there. Lower prices for such showings might entice a few more people.
Absolutely great experience with Ross who helped us through the self service machine adding on a limitless and popcorn, very patient and friendly. The cinema is also always clean and tidy, and always a pleasant temperature. Never had any issues.
Nice and relaxing cinema with extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Always a pleasure and glad members of staff look in as you're watching the movie, disruptive groups in the audience have ruined cinema going for me in the past.
I just want to thank the staff for dealing with three very difficult members of the public during todays 5pm showing of Ant Man! They were causing a lot of disruption but staff handled it calmly, eventually succeeding in removing the three from the screening. Thank you for saving the day :)
Excellent service clean great picture and sound . £22 pounds premium seat. A bit pricey . Plus half hour adverts
Premier seats are he way to go. Enough leg room and reasonable for comfort. Didn't buy food or drink so can't comment.
Good location with plenty of parking right outside. 3 hours free parking but you need a parking ticket. Cinema prices are higher than Frome cinema, however you are pay for better sound, bigger screen etc. all the latest films are shown here.
