   Totally let down for vital roof tiles. Promised our order the following week after taking our payment in full. Not heard a thing for three weeks. Call them and they promise to call back. No call. Totally unacceptable!

   I think this branch may be closed... We've been trying to get a quote finalised for a new front door for months now! We had been emailing the Branch Manager who was dealing with it but the last reply we had was on the 20 February. I've replied back to him on the 20 February. I followed up my reply on the 8 April and again on the 16 April with no response. I've tried calling multiple times and can never get through. The one time I did, I left a message and was told I would get a call back from the Branch Manager but still nothing. No one seems to ever answer the phone any more. It seems they don't want the work so will now seek an alternative company. Sadly cannot recommend Eurocell Trowbridge as the lack of communication has been appalling.

   Filled in website enquiry form,told i would be contacted by my local store. Nothing for 2 days,went to local Trowbridge store,talked very friendly staff,left my contact details with them. 2 more days no contact,emailed Company head office,reply was sent to local trowbridge store. Asking the salesperson to contact me asap. Nothing yet this is over 10 day period, have now gone to Amazon. So much for supporting local business people
