   I've just done what I hate doing on a Saturday, and that's arriving at a shop 3 minutes before closing time when the guys had already closed the wood yard. The person who served me couldn't have been nicer. He didn't do what so many might have done and said they were closed, but instead opened up the doors, sold me what I needed, and then closed. Absolutely brilliant customer service from the team in Radstock as always. Thank you

   I ordered a tile cutting disc on click and collect on the 21st October, when I arived payment had not been excepted, no problem I bought the item and paid over the counter. After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund. The staff were first class at radstock bra nch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!
