    Left some keys to get cut as we had just moved in. Told him we were going to wetherspoons for some lunch. Got back at the shop was closed with a be back shortly sign. Over half an hour later he arrived. No apology, just moaning about the traffic. I was frozen having been sat in my wheelchair fir do long. He then announced it was my fault for taking so long having lunch. We were less than an hour!!!!. Never using him again.
