   I politely asked a staff member (he was small and had grey hair) if they had any cat scratching posts (I’d already looked and I couldn’t see them) and he was so rude and snappy with me, I know it’s Christmas but I was very polite to you there was no need to be rude to me when I was asking a perfectly reasonable question. It’s your job to help, don’t work in retail if you can’t give good customer service. Happened 11/12/2025 he was packing boxes away when I asked.

   Couldn’t shop in the garden centre today in Chepstow as staff shouted out to me they don’t allow dogs. It’s a shame and there were no signs anywhere saying no dogs apart from one sign advertising their pet supplies. I went to another garden centre where my dog was welcome and bought all I needed..

   It is a good store for lots of different items. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Wheelchair access is limited to ground floor only as the lift appears to be permanently broken. There is stair access for the able bodied. I am am sure if you needed anything, staff would be more than willing to help.

   This is a huge B&M Bargains. It has an outdoor garden area and inside home and furniture are upstairs. There's no alcohol license unfortunately but plenty of food and cleaning products stack the shelves!!

   Wow, Fantastic range. Shop goes on forever. The younger staff extremely welcome and friendly puts the mature staff to shame. It could do with a small on site cafe. Oh the young chap (Joe) on the tills, Wow I would shop everyday if he was in. So sweet

   Chepstow branch is a great size shop, however I have had reason to complain about their staff, nothing back. So, clearly the company has no concerns about their customers.

   Has a good choice of product, for your home decorations, DIY or in the garden. This store also has a good choice of groceries / long life produce. Plenty of parking.

   Went to B&M spent £154 only to receive a parking charge because we went over by a few minutes. There were no obvious signs to say about parking charging and we spent the whole duration shopping in there. This has left such a sour taste! Felt this was very petty so we won’t be returning.

   Fantastic shop... everything you will ever need, they do it all. Good prices, fabulous variety and choice. My only grievance is not enough staff in such a large shop.
