   I had a recent large delivery from Kellaway and the driver (Luke) was an absolute Super Star, navigating accessing the house through the nightmare parking that is Rodborough and then meeting my request of where to drop the delivery to save me both time and energy. A seriously skilled driver with brilliant Customer Care skills; Kellaway's are a really easy company to deal with and I recommend them without reservation. Thank you

   Over the past three weeks I have ordered deliveries of chippings, sand etc to my sons home. I have never experienced such poor service, only part delivery with a promise the rest would follow...it never did until I chased it up, then I had to keep phoning as call backs never happened just to get stlast week ordered days previously delivered. The last time I spoke to Kellaway staff they said they would phone the next day (Saturday) to discuss compensation as they agreed the way I have been treated was poor and as they don't like to think a customer was unhappy with them....that was last week and I still haven't received a call

   Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. All the drivers I have met so far are great very careful and accommodating. Yard staff are very helpful as well if you have bricks you want to match for example.

   Used Kellaway for years for commercial construction project. Just used them again at my private address. Unlike other companies batched the exact mix I wanted at the slump I needed. A young lady driver turned up - and operated and got the lorry into places - that many professionals twice her age wouldn’t have done or made a right mess of it. Perfect concrete mix , that was needed. Delivery and return delivery perfect. And I have to say was very very impressed by the 24year old young lady. Very good driver, and concrete truck operator . Excellence service from start to finish. More importantly they listened to what I needed and why and delivered - when most other companies said no or yes if I hired the pump off them for half a day and paid standing time ! - 10/10 for service and product from my experience, and will be using again.

   The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to secure a delivery on the date requested. The delivery driver deserves special mention as a car park barrier meant he had to make several trips carrying the goods a significant distance, which he did without complaint.

   I'm a small builder/ landscaper and I use all of the local building suppliers depending on which is closest (depending on price). Kellaway always seem to be competitive and helpful. On my most recent visit, I asked for something slightly different to usual and the young man serving didn't seem to be able to grasp what I was saying. He seemed rather impatient with me. Another assistant helped me and politely explained that what I wanted wasn't possible, with the initial assistant becoming quite rude and using abusive language. I was made to feel quite small by the experience and will think twice before using Kellaway again. It was as if this particular assistant has forgotten that he is there to serve and that the customers are core to the business.

   Avoid. Ordered concrete for footings. Was warned that the plant would not open if frozen. Specifically asked if I would be informed if that was the case. Apparently although I had a mild frost, the plant which is four miles away was in the deep freeze! The concrete didn't arrive. I was not informed until my contractor called to see where it was - one hour after the specified delivery time. While I was complaining about the fact I had two contractors and a hired digger and dumper truck sitting around, they appeared to be mildly amused. Ended up getting a refund. My advice would be to go elsewhere.
