What an amazing shop. We found it while wandering through Wells, and we're so please to discover Whiting & Son. An absolute treasure trove with everything you could imagine. We are on holiday from Dover Kent and would so love to have that shop near us! I'd never be out of it. Thanks to the friendly ladies at the counter too. It was a pleasure to meet you.
Lovely customer orientated hardware store. You can still buy individual nuts, bolts, screws rtc not in a pack! Family owned with very helpful staff.

Wells is lucky to have a traditional hardware shop, they're a dying breed on our high streets. This one is well worth visiting if you are looking for unusual shaped cake tins to a pint of nails or anything in between. The staff are always professional, polite and willing to go the extra mile in finding exactly what you want.
