    Called in to pick up a parcel a couple months ago. Royal Mail said ready to collect with details given. Lady couldn’t find it after 15 mins she said it’s not there. I explained I had a confirmation. She said “ and I’m telling you it’s not there!” Rather loudly. Went back 30 mins later and the young lad found it straight away. Went in tonight 7.45pm thought it would be quiet. Two staff in the one behind counter served the chap in front of me. Then proceeded to ignore me went to the end of counter and started counting coins. I waited patiently until he looked up after a few minutes. I told him I’d like to collect a parcel please. He said “you’ll have to wait 10mins I’m counting money” Didn’t have time to wait so I left. I think I’m done with this store. Can’t believe Morrisons allow customer service this poor.

    This is literally the worst store I have ever been in! You have to work hard to be this bad. Morrisons head office seriously need to intervene here. Local people prefer to drive for 10 minutes to shop elsewhere as opposed to walking for 5 to shop here...

    Consistently awful service from abrupt staff, lottery machine seems to be broken or resetting like 9/10 I visit, range of stock is awful, frequently empty and always a queue, always untidy too with boxes aplenty to trip over.
