Ridiculously expensive. £3.50 for a grenade bar you can get for £1.50 elsewhere. They don't even display all of their meet because of shoplifting. Every shop deals with this, making the shopping experience worse for your loyal customers isn't the way forward. Really poor experience in here.

Live locally and been shopping here for 4 years despite the shop often being half empty and being more expensive than most. Got accused of shoplifting today, a broken rubber ball for my dog that I had just walked of all things. Staff member didn't even apologise. I'll walk the extra 3 mins to Tesco from now on.

Shocking experience. I have been in today and the bill came to £9.25. I gave the cashier £10.25. The bill then came to £9.10. He gave me back 5p then 10p, where is my change?? He was adamant it was right. I didn't see my receipt until I got home. He put in that I gave him exact change of £9.10. If the store cashes up correctly they will know that I am right and it will be over. You also have cameras to know that I handed £10 note with change. If you go in don't pay with cash, use your card. Disgusting!

My experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting. A soon as you step in the shop 2m distancing is broken by security guard stood at the entrance with zero PPE. Then as walk round shop staff repeatedly walk past you as if social distancing no longer replies which customers then also adopt. One way systems and arrows on the floor and 2m social distancing are ignored by customers and staff and in no way at all enforced. If caring for elderly vulnerable I would avoid or go at quieter times

Recently, that co-op went from bad to worse. Last few months, the store shelves are getting emptier and emptier. Even after I see delivery, it is still empty on the next day. Furthermore, their 'reduce-to-clear' items are illegal, most of them are out of date by 3 days, which to me, it is not legal to sell. Moreover, few days ago, a lady was purchasing a reduced sandwich and the cashier lady told her that there was a mildew on and then sold it with the consent of the customer, where I think she shouldn't have. SHOCKING!!! There is always a queue and always one till working. Some of them don't support card payments or any paypoint services. If it weren't so close to my house, I would never go to this store. It is DREADFUL! It is so poorly managed where the store has huge potentials!

Very clean, purpose built building. It has a good selection of food but the prices are too high. Having a Co-op Membership Card ameliorates the problem a bit because the dividend is rather more generous than that of most retailers. Their own brand ice cream and premium pizzas are very good. They do sometimes have some competitive offers.
