The friendly and helpful staff are treated poorly by the company. Left vulnerable to a flow of constant intimidating customers. They have finally hired security staff, but are incompetent and obviously undertrained and lowly paid

The staff in this shop deserve a medal. They do a great job keeping it going whilst dealing with anti social behaviour, shoplifting and deliveries on a busy road. Thanks for helping our little community keep going!

Well I've been going in this Coop for 3 years. I know they have problems with shop lifting but I really don't need some idiot security guard racially profiling me ( I am white of an immigrant family)following AND dead eying me as I buy my electric and milk. I'll take my business to Tesco, Aldi and the corner shop from now on. I work out I spend approx £1500 a year. No more. How sad

Picked up a 4 pack of jam donuts this morning and I've gotta say they were the best jam donuts I have ever had. Coop jam donuts are sensational and these didn't disappoint, still warm and fresh from the oven, combined with a crispy shell they just can't be beaten, get to coop at 8am for fresh doughies, its a mouth sensation you will never forget

Always friendly staff, has a real local little shop feel to it. Always really understanding when I need to run in with my tiny dog in my arms to grab things.

Have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. In a handy spot. Have always found Co-op quite good for healthy food and drink. My local Tesco's (the nearest shop to my home as I live a bit off the beaten track) didn't stock decaff coffee for years so I have always preferred the Co-op, which stocks Ecover products (I have multiple allergies and intolerances and have to be very careful what I use, but find Dettol and Ecover fine), plus a good range of herbal teas. ,,,

After PAYING for my goods j heard an employee shouting and swearing about "junkies and crackheads". He was being foul i asked for his name and was going to report him to his senior. I was then assaulted and spat at by 2 men who pushed me to the grohnd smashing my phone and rellung by passers i was a junki and was stealing which wss untrue i had my receipt. Even if it were true assault should not happen. Police informed. Ive geard of many peple being bullied in thete ams they are rude and uneducated with a lexicon of a 4 yr old

This shop was good but in latter months the stocking seems patchy. More often than not they don't have two or three of the items I need or the stock us out the back, not on show. I am a coop member but am considering not calling in anymore as I have to go elsewhere for the items I need .please sort this out I want to support you but I can't as you don't have the basic things I need! The customer facing staff are helpful, kind and polite, seems they are being let down by the higher-ups!

The shop is fine. The staff are brilliant and make you feel welcome. I've been going there for years but I'm fed up of a male customer coming in on the evening. He has not changed his clothes for years, he smells very very bad like he's decaying. I also see him in town where I do security and I've seen him touching himself in inappropriate places. It's not hygynic for him to be in the shop as he touches all the food and it annoys me and others. Please sort it out or I'll take it further as you can't have that with food around.
