Second Sunday in a row closed way before advertised time. Bit of a shame and a loss as it's the only store open this late on a Sunday in the area (photo taken at 22:23)
This Tesco is blessed with an absolutely lovely employee called Michael, his customer service and work ethic is above excellence, he has a kind smile, always says hello and is always available to help when needed. Today due to some technical difficulties contactless was not working and I didn’t have a card on me. Although the store was very busy at the time he came and sorted everything out for me allowing me to pay him with cash while he paid off the self checkout. This is not the first time he’s helped me out while shopping, he is an absolute gem of a human being and a employee protect him at all costs, consider him for any promotion available. BIG UPS MICHAEL.
Nice little shop. Good variety in offer, well stocked shelves. Polite staff. Ample parking.
An unpleasant Tesco store, unhelpful unfriendly and incompetent staff. Something about the atmosphere in here feels hostile and unwelcoming, it often has shoplifters and general aggro. I've never seen bad behaviour like this in any other supermarket in Bristol.

I can easily say that 90% of the staff are super helpful and go above and beyond but there is one particular member of staff who is a middle aged woman who has short black curly hair who is the worst worker I have ever seen in any supermarket chain. She always consistently refuses to pack my groceries despite me asking her to assist claiming (I'm a big boy I can pack my own). She is single handidly bringing down the reputation of the Tesco brand in this branch. I'd love to discuss this further with the complaints team as I am over the numerous times she has chosen to single me out and refuse to pack my groceries.
Normally a great Tesco and my local. They have a new guy working there who is extremely rude and refuses to pack people's bags and will just place a bag and expect you to pack and even if you ask he with just a place you shopping ontop of the bag. He will continue to shout/loudly talk at staff while he's serving/ignoring you and gossip about customers with staff while people shop. I feel extremely embarrassed for the staff as they're normally extremely nice. I wish they had complaint forms on displays as this isn't the first time but every time he is working. You may think this is a teenager? No, this is a man in his late 30s or could be late 40s. You will know if he is working as you will hear him as soon as you enter... I hope this guy leaves as I will now shop at Co-op as its extremely unpleasant and shouldn't happen when you just want a quick shop.. Will change review once he is gone as its normally a pleasure to shop in with the staff and security being very nice.
