Staff are ridiculously rude it’s enough to put anyone off returning yet it’s my local. Could do with a fresh batch with a more positive attitude instead of people who look and speak to you like crap.
I went into store this morning on my way to visit family, the shop was very tidy amd had some great offers the lady on the till I think her name was milkeal was great she made me feel welcome and helped me with my more card app as it wouldnt load couldn't recommend the store any more and will using this again
I have recently stated to use this shop. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help and chat. They have a wide range of stock and the shop looks lovely and clean. Will definitely be using more in the future.
The Post Office section have no idea about new EU parcel regulations. They keep adding ‘documents’ to the label and a value in pounds. Despite the parcel going to France only containing OLD newspapers. They should put ‘gift’, and nil value. The recipient in France has had to pay 14 euros to receive the parcel, because the post office staff do not know their job properly. This has happened FOUR times now and the recipients are very fed up. Try harder please!!!!
Went in to buy lottery tonight, machine out of order but the stench of cannabis in the shop was horrendous. .... in a shop that sells food. YUK!! Thank you for your reply, I have emailed you as requested
Not impressed with my experience today,a staff member not seen before was very rude.I asked for posting advice in post office counter and was snapped at ,talked too like I was stupid,I usually find the staff lovely here.maybe if she’s unhappy working here she should find another job.
The amount of times I have walked to this shop (once in the pouring rain) to find it closed is ridiculous. I'd say it's happened to me at least 6 times in the last 6 months. Various notes left on window on door offering explanations. The best was closed for 2 hours for maintenance. Would be helpful to state when the 2 hours was started from! One or two staff members are nice. One larger lady with dark hair is particularly unhelpful. As for the Post Office, well that's totally hit and miss. Several times I have walked up to use the service but it's been closed as someone is on lunch or it's not working properly or training not finished. I accept all these things can happen but it happens here all the time. Going forward I'll be walking to the co-op and using their parcel and shopping services.
This store is not fit to hold a Post Office Licence. On Tuesday 15th December the whole store was shut for 2 hours up until lunchtime. Customers were left stranded with no explanation. Most days there are queues to get in, there is no ventilation, very narrow isles and boxes of stock strewn all over the floor causing a massive safety hazard. They just don't care.
I had the worst customer service today in this store! After waiting for a very long time carrying my baby, at the post office I asked the lady who was training someone to please take over because my baby was very inpatient and I was in pain from all the waiting (I also had at least 4 parcels). I said I don't mean to be rude and I understand that she needs to learn too, but can she please help me out here. She was very rude and just said everyone needs to wait, she needs to learn .... what would a little kindness cost her?
