   Absolutely brilliant service from everyone involved with my order and delivery of sub base and gravel from the customer service team to the delivery driver. The team were really helpful in getting tool hire sorted alongside and overall it was a faultless experience. Having high quality items delivered professionally by crane was invaluable as many places deliver by pallet which would have made the job much harder. Highly recommended, thanks very much!

   Great service from a guy called Rich, after buying a bulk bag of gravel from Travis Perkins Bath, I never had enough, went back to the Bath store, no small bags in stock, asked if I could order some from them, told no, try phoning the other branches, phoned Bristol, Camerton, then phoned Trowbridge, spoke to Rich he was so helpful, went out of his way to help, customer service was great even at the end of his working day, he worked out which gravel I wanted and arranged delivery. And only charged £16 for delivery, Bath is £20 to come up two streets, well done, from a very happy customer, Rich tell the boss to give you a bonus. and the garden looks great.

   I rang Trowbridge branch today and they were so helpful. They didn't have the blocks in stock but Chippenham did and they organised delivery and payment. I cant fault the service and will defiantly be using again.

   Delivery to this store is perfect. Drive in, go all the way round the building (under the canopy) and then your facing the right way to go out. Plenty of room to manoeuvre artic around!
