   I had a great experience at Dreams in Trowbridge yesterday. I don’t know the Scottish salesman’s name but he was so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him.    From the moment we walked in the store we were addressed promptly and courteously , never feeling pressured. We were given the opportunity to lay on the pressure points mattress to get advice on the most suitable mattress for us. We were handed over to Lindsey who guided us through several different types and ful of information, again never feeling pressured. We were made even more relaxed with a lovely cup of coffee. Despite going backwards and forwards between the choices to make sure we were happy Lindsey was extremely patient and helpful with us. When we finally made our choice, the payment process was quick and smooth. Thanks again to the lovely Lindsey at Dreams Trowbridge.

   Visited store to physically try out different mattresses. Had many to chose from and sales assistant was knowledgeable and gave great advice. Following a digital analysis if my specific needs, ordered mattress. Arrived on time and by helpful delivery people.

   A very welcoming store. I was acknowledged as soon as walked in and told if i needed help to just ask. Staff could not have done more to help and found me the right mattress for my needs.    Today my husband & I visited the Dreams store in Trowbrdge.What a wonderful experience! It has been some time since either my husband or I have encountered such polite,friendly ,welcoming & professional staff.A young man by the name of Mike was attentative & extremely patient & went to great lengths to explain in great detail all of our queries. So a huge thank you Mike.Each member of staff greated us with the same cheery hello & Meg was kind enough to make us a cup of tea.Wow!! To all other retail staff,this is how it's Done! Consequently we left the shop 2 very happy customers having purchased a mattress at the first shop we visited.Take a bow all concerned, .A huge pat on the back to the Trowbidge ,"Dream team."
