   Aray Jewellery is a delightful store located just in the Shires. Rhiannon who runs the store is amazingly knowledgeable and always happy to help - I have always had both quality jewellery and service here and I am so happy to keep coming back for more beautiful and unique pieces.

   My husband purchased an opal bracelet for my birthday. I was a little bit sceptical as I had never purchased anything from Arya before. The bracelet is stunning but a little loose so popped back to the Trowbridge store and the lovely lady removed a couple of links so the bracelet fits perfect. She informed me of the links of the bracelet and the bracelet itself. I said I was interested in a matching ring so tried a few. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a matching opal ring and am now thinking of returning to buy a necklace! Lovely quality products, so much choice and the customer service is 10/10!! Thank you so much I just wish I had taken you name for the review!

   My 13 year old granddaughter purchased a lovely necklace from Aray Jewellery the chain broke within a week….my daughter-in-law returned to the shop and was told nothing could be done as the manager wasn’t there ….they don’t live locally so it’s was extremely inconvenient but we all returned this Saturday we approached the older lady who we assumed was the manager and explained the situation ….her persona was far from friendly and immediately accused my granddaughter of breaking it ….we explained that she just undid the clasp and it came away from the chain she accused her of tugging on it and thats why it broke …..she reluctantly replaced it but continued to lecture her on how to handle a necklace as if she was a 5 year old ……I have worked in the airline industry for nearly 50 years and this is definitely not the way to talk to customers and I advised her she needed to attend a customer service course….beautiful jewellery such a shame about the manager suggest you give this shop a miss!!! In response to your reply to my review …you commenced by implying it was you serving in the shop then continued as if it was your daughter so I’m completely confused ….be it you or your daughter I reiterate that the reception we received was far from friendly …my daughter-in-law had previously returned to the shop and as the manager wasn’t there was told by the assistant she unable to help a wasted two hour return trip …contrary to the fact that you say the chains just don’t fall apart the chain hadn’t snapped it had broken AT THE CLASP which I would assume is where it was likely to be soldered ….there are consumer rights and goods have to be fit for purpose a weeks use of a lovely piece of jewellery is not fit for purpose …a polite apology would have sufficed not a lecture and a very reluctant replacement …..as I said before I have worked in the travel industry for international airlines on the front line all my working life…. have attended so many customer service courses so I know how to talk to people I suggest you enrol …soon… as to your comment ‘people who work in shops are not slaves to be talked down to and are human too’ where did that come from ?? I was politely and forcefully returning faulty goods which I am completely within my right to do so.

   Went here over the weekend and the customer service was absolutely amazing! The lady was so keen to help me pick some jewellery. The shop was presented so nicely and so clear as well. The jewellery was so well priced as well and so worth the money! Would do recommend going here if you’re ever in Basingstoke!

   This gem of a shop has a fantastic selection of jewellery to suit all ages. Every single time I visit Basingstoke I find whatever I'm looking for. The manager of this shop is so helpful and listens to what you're looking for to help you rather that just pushing anything on the customer. A very helpful and personable lady, I highly recommend this shop if you visit Festival Place.
