Excellent, friendly & genuine service today when I went in to sell some older jewellery. The staff tooke the time and offered a much more reasonable price than the likes of Vintage Cash Cow and were very helpful explaining everything. I highly recommend this jeweller. Neil and Karen are so helpful, pleasant and very welcoming. Neil worked hard to remove resin that I had managed to get stuck in my engagement ring. I am very happy with the result. When I asked what I owed for this service, I was told nothing. Now that's what I call proper service. The kind you don't see very often. Thank you.

What a fantastic jewellers!! I visited The Warminster Jeweller last week whilst on holiday nearby. I had been searching for a ring for 2 years and found exactly what I was looking for. It was slightly too small so Karen had it made to fit in a matter of days so that it was ready for me to collect whilst still on holiday. The staff, especially Karen couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Warminster Jeweller.
After many years of excellent service my visit today was, shall we say, insulting. Over the years business has been conducted to both parties satisfaction and monies off a substantial amount have changed hands. Today however I have been told to take my business to 'a cobblers', well this 'Serf' will if I need work to my footwear, in the mean time, I will also be looking for another jewellers to supply items i require and recommend to others.
