Click and Collect but you still have to wait in a queue while other customers, who have dropped in randomly, make their minds up what they need to buy. There was a 'Collect Here' aisle but it wasn't manned, negating the usefulness of a Click and Collect service.

Popped in yesterday and got a great recommendation for a new mixer tap for my Kitchen. Very helpful lady provided some good advice.
Always a great experience, they have a great range of tools and are always really helpful. I was in there today carrying my little boy and ran out of hands, and a nice lady helped me carry stuff out to the truck. Thanks for your help and great service.
Ordered and paid for some lights on a Friday, was told that they would be in the store the following Monday. Went in to pick them up on the Tuesday and they hadn’t bothered ordering them. Terrible service and a waste of time. Went to Toolstation, much better service.
So easy to collect or order for this store. Very friendly staff and good parking available. Can’t be disappointed with what Screwfix have to offer!
