   So delighted with my efficient service from Studley's today. I took in some gold rings that I no longer wear and some silver chains. They weren't buying silver at this time, but made me an offer for the rings that was very acceptable. Photographs were taken, the items left with them and a receipt given and they said they would be in touch as soon as they could. I was still in Wells when I received the text and popped back to confirm my wish to sell. The money was in my bank account before I reached home! Very polite and a great experience - no rushing etc etc, and free parking outside for 20 minutes. Perfect. Thank you!

   Great service. I took a gold necklace into Studleys to see if they could replace the clasp. The lady I saw was really helpful, took the necklace from me, gave me a receipt and sent it to their repairer. When the repairer had looked at the necklace I was sent a text message with a quote and then they kept me up to date by text until the necklace was ready to collect. Would 100% use them for future repairs.

   Studleys is my favourite shop in Wells and for the past 25 years nearly all my 'good' jewellery has come from there. I have always received excellent service. My latest acquisition is a beautiful gold, sapphire and diamond ring, which I saw in the window and fell in love with. But it was a size K and I needed P, so Studleys offered to see if it could be resized with no obligation on me to buy it. They did this, at no extra cost to me, and I bought it a few days ago and am thrilled with it - I can't stop looking at it. Without exception I have found the staff to be friendly, kind, helpful and professional and they do not do pressure selling. They have an excellent selection of new and pre-owned jewellery so there is always something lovely to see. These factors combine to make Studleys the perfect shop in my view, and they are my first port-of-call when looking for jewellery for myself or as a present. Also, I love to be able to support a local business. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend this shop. Thank you Studleys, and best wishes for your continued success.
