    Went in to Iceland with my 15year old for some shopping just before Halloween 2024 and I decided to buy myself a bottle of wine only to get to the till and be denied to pay for it because my daughter with me. When I asked she told me because I am with a teenager I could be coerced to buying her alcohol. I mean really is there no difference between a parent and a slightly older teenager who could be manipulated into buying things for others. I never knew parents are prohibited to buy alcohol with their children. I personally think it's ridiculous or maybe it is because I am not much of a drinker I only drink on occasions that's why I never knew this.

    My first shop here for many years as I don't usually go past the shop but this week I went in after hearing about the 10% savings on Tuesdays for over 65's and was pleasantly surprised to find very reasonable prices and many special offers, plus the discount. The meat was very tender and tasty. I'm going back there again.

    Very low on stock today, but the staff are always helpful and cheerful. Shame about the gang of three young lads that steal from this shop and other shops in Melksham and Trowbridge!!!

    A lot of people go to the big stores and do there weekly shopping and forget about places like Iceland. If you have a freezer there are bargains to be had here.

    What can you really ask for.... They keep well stocked, the staff are nice when you need something and when busy they put extra people on the tills. Prices are pretty good overall so nothing to complain about. The pre cooked frozen chicken is a godsend as it can just go with loads of stuff and saves tonnes of time.
