   Very misleading on prices. I looked at purchasing a cleaning product and the label under it said £7 whereas they deliberately covered a more expensive price with a yellow label. They point blank refused to offer it at the misleading lower price despite waiting for a considerable period of time to speak to Sophie who was happy to have the price out of view and refused to change it in the shelf so others customers could see the actual price. Not only misleading prices but patronising and poor customer service.

   Not only is it more expensive than other DIY stores, but when you get to the till you have to serve yourself. I'm paying them to provide a service they don't pay me as checkout staff !!!!! Won't be going there again.

   Popped in to have a browse for a few new garden plants. Now they have self service tills which is great as you don't have to wait in queue if you just have a couple of items to buy.
