“My daughter and myself go here for ukulele lessons and my daughter does singing also. Very talented and professional people to be taught by make you feel comfortable and nothings a mistake it's a learning curve. My daughter considers Lydia her singing teacher to be a friend rather than just a teacher she is very good with my daughter and i have noticed her confidence come on leaps and bounds would highly recommend here for any one looking to learn any instrument or vocals”

“Love this place. Even if you buy nothing, which i doubt you will, the ideas you pick up as you walk around the showroom are fabulous. A very helpful lady assisted us design our bedroom furniture and arranged fitting. That's what we went for yet managed to spend another £200 on things we saw as we walked around. Flat packed furniture which isn't too difficult to assemble, and it's sturdy. Really well worth a visit for anything from interior furniture to cups and saucers. You'll love it !”

“We stayed here in September 2025. We usually are quite happy staying at a Hilton and this was no different. The people were quite friendly. We had breakfast each morning that was quite delicious. The location wasn't that great as it was difficult finding nearby restaurants. So, we ate dinner each night at the hotel restaurant. The meals were very nice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and really very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and nice and clean. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.”

“Love this hotel. Check in was friendly and nice and I got a late checkout when we left because I’d joined Ihg rewards a few years back. The room was smart, clean. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed with white cotton linen. The cleaning staff are the best. Tea/coffee in the room. We were very happy The location is great. It’s on the end of historic Sandy Row. Right by the grand central station trains and buses. Close to The Crown Pub which is very famous. Easy walking distance to the centre full of shops and great places to eat. Tip if you’re coming from the station look for a place called Halt. It’s got a bright yellow entrance. If you walk in and go straight to the other end you come out at the hotel. (Plus it’s a fab place to eat.) The holiday inn breakfast is the best. Every item is well made and thoughtful. Items vary from day to day. We loved Anna who was a waitress there. So kind and friendly. Nice vegetarian section too. All together a lovely stay. We felt at home there. We’d definitely stay again.”

“Lovely hotel, good location and friendly staff on check in. Room was really clean and well appointed. I had spoke with live chat prior to staying, they helped arrange a birthday surprise for my fiance, which was great! Breakfast was lovely and not too crowded, bagels were delicious along with waffles. This hotel also has a well equipped gym, with enough machines to get a decent work out.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful especially night staff! Rooms were clean and nicely set up family room with 2 singles had 1 temporary bed. Came to check in at 3.30 had to wait just under an hour to get into the room but staff was very friendly about it and to be expected on a concert night. Room had a nice view and location was absolutely ideal for going to a concert in the SSE. Breakfast was a good price had a really good selection well worth it. Would stay here again”

“Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Well equipped for children from birth to 16 years. Staff are very experienced, knowledgeable and terrific with kids. The sensory room is unmatched. Upstairs is the Bee Hive - unique charity shop just for kids, with new (with tags), nearly new and pre-loved clothes, toys, games and more. Space to hire for kids parties, mother and baby groups etc. Recommended.”

“Was in Argos inside Sainsburys West Belfast today for 3 separate transactions & returns. Great team working together to deliver excellent service. All of them looked younger than 25 - a great display of professional service from younger people who are often criticised and yet are the backbone of the country’s service industries. I want to particularly mention the assistant Joe who dealt with me for each of the transactions. Fantastic service and product knowledge and new exactly what he was doing. He’s an asset to your business.”

“I can not recommend cabbage patch day nursery highly enough. All of my children have been through the cabbage patch at some point and my youngest is still there and will be attending their playgroup in September. The building is bright, cheerful and inviting and the staff are very pleasant and attentive to all of the children’s needs. There are always plenty of fun activities planned for the children and the choice of food and snacks for the kids is great too. Definitely check out the cabbage patch - you won’t regret it!”

The girls in the Baby Room are all so kind and caring and have done an amazing job in helping settle our daughter into the nursery. We are so pleased with our choice of Kindergarten Kids and would highly recommend!”

“My daughter has been attending Robin's Nest Nursery since September 2023, and I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism they are providing. Wonderful daycare runned by very special family, loving and incredibly caring owners Victoria, Emma, and Sheila Hunter. My daughter loves spending her days in a daycare, full of fun, learning and developmental activities. I feel confident saying that Robin's Nest Daycare is the most incredible, friendly, supportive, and professional daycare in the area. Every member of staff is a credit to the team. Absolutely amazing and outstanding staff in a Baby Room: Karen, Sarah, Jordan, Colleen, Emma, and Grainne. They all go above and beyond in their job and demonstrate the highest level of commitment, dedication, care, and love every day. They provide regular updates and reports every day that help to put my mind at ease, knowing my little girl is being well looked after and enjoying lots of fun activities. The place is kept very clean and the outside area is so beautiful with a big playground as well as a lovely garden at the front and back with lots of trees and green areas. My girl loves being outside, and she loves all outdoor activities. She also enjoys all delicious freshly homemade meals, which are well balanced, full of vegetables and fruits, as well as healthy snacks. We are the bilingual family, and my daughter's first language is Polish. When she first started, she didn't have much English exposure. Robins Nest owners and staff have made me feel so reassured that she's in the right hands. The staff were using Polish words to support her understanding, which makes her settle in period so much easier and happier. They still use Polish to support her, and her English is developing so well. I believe that the staff of Robin's Nest are contributing to her progress in all areas as well as her wellbeing. She absolutely loves her carers and talk about them when she is at home. I know my little girl is very happy there and I must say this place really feels like home from home. My daughter was toilet trained very early, and Robin's Nest staff has been very supportive to make her feel comfortable. I can not praise this place enough. They are like a family to me and my little girl, and I am so grateful for the care they are providing as well as making sure parents are settled and supported. Thank you to the owners and the staff in Robin's Nest for your amazing work, outstanding care, dedication, and love to our little ones ❤️ .”

“My husband and I got married at the end of May and Cafe Nosh provided the best catering services. Honestly, can't stress enough how great Cafe Nosh were! Phil and his team basically acted as master of ceremonies and with their help, everything ran on time and tasted amazing! Phil met with us multiple times go over the details, kept in good contact and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our day. And the food couldn't have been better. Delicious chicken and beef options. We also had a number of vegan guests who were raving about the vegan dish. My husband's cousin said he's had so many vegan meals where it was clear the chef just took ingredients out of a meal, whereas this was clearly made as a proper dish. Could not recommend these folks enough! My in-laws also frequently call into the Cafe in Dundonald and love it!”

“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susie”

“Visit to the store on Sat 27th July looking for outdoor toddler toys. Was quickly approached by a young guy - i'm assuming a student who quickly identified what we were looking for and directed us to and ex display slide and ex display climbing frame. We agreed to purchase, he radioed a code through to the tills, we went and paid. By the time we had got back he and his colleague had moved the items to the door for easy loading, they then even help me put the toys in the van. Both these young men should be commended for the friendly and helpful approach. They went the extra mile for us.”
