This was our first visit to a Premier Inn and we were impressed by the Premier Plus Water View room and thought the location was perfect. Only a 13 minute walk to the city centre and about 2 minutes away from the SSE Arena. However, the self service check in kiosks were all inoperative when we tried to check in and the three times we interacted with staff at the tiny reception table, we were met with rather rude and inattentive service. This was the only let down in an otherwise great value offering. Parking is also a bit strange as you need to park in this tiny lot just adjacent to the building which is easy to miss and pay a daily rate which can be up to £20 and then you get a voucher for £8 which covers the cost from 5pm-10am.

Does not have a carpark. You have to use the SSE arena carpark at extortionate prices. Returned to the hotel and myself and other guests had nowhere at all to park at the hotel as the SSE carpark was full due to an ice hockey game being played. If you drive book elsewhere it will work out cheaper and more convenient.

What a blast we had!! Ruth, the duty manager, welcomed us in her unique way!! What a fabulous welcome it was. She helped us by allowing us to store our bags until we could check in (we arrived at 0945 and check in isn't until 3pm). Advised us where to go and what to potentially see (open top city bus tour is definately a must - especially if Louis and John are your guide and the driver), where some good pubs were and eateries. When we got back just before 3pm she kindly checked us in early, and maintained her bubbly and funny nature throughout our stay. The rooms were oustanding, and the service impeccable. I would wholeheartedly recommend you stay here!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially night staff! Rooms were clean and nicely set up family room with 2 singles had 1 temporary bed. Came to check in at 3.30 had to wait just under an hour to get into the room but staff was very friendly about it and to be expected on a concert night. Room had a nice view and location was absolutely ideal for going to a concert in the SSE. Breakfast was a good price had a really good selection well worth it. Would stay here again

Staff are fantastic, I've been staying here for at least 8 years on business and it's great that staff remember you even though its only annual. Staying in Premier Inn's quite a lot, the service is very similar but the difference with Titanic Quarter is that some of the staff have been here for some time and remember you, even though they have a big event venue next door. They adapt dependent on the demand, appreciate those staying on business but also ensure short stays are welcome. Fab team, would highly recommend. Janice, Ruth and Adam I would particularly like to mention, and Ciaran, new to meet, was also great

Went to SSE for a concert, the hotel is right next door with limited parking outside which is discounted with your stay. The room was clean, warm and in a quiet location. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty and plentiful. You might consider an earlier menu as the doors open on many concerts at 6pm but you only start serving food at 5pm ..One of the main and best assets in the hotel was one of your employees, Ruth, such a beautiful helpful lady who was not only great with the customers but the staff also seemed to have a good rapport with her too. I hope she is recognised by yourselves for the asset she is.

Decent location for Belfast city centre (close enough to walk to in 15-20 minutes) and local attractions. Rooms are tired and I had a questionable stain on the chair in my room. Consensus could be because it's the city centre it's deemed acceptable to leave items like this, but this would have been swapped out if it was at another premier quieter in the country. Great for location, but if you want to have a good standard of room, maybe look elsewhere.

Fabulous location!! Close to Titanic experience. Next to SSE arena/cinema also! A lovely walk to the Belfast City centre. Service was OK and staff were very friendly, they held our luggage whilst we went exploring. Evening food service was v slow, seemed very understaffed for how busy it was. Rooms are slightly tired, compared to other Premier inns I've stayed in recently, could do with an update. But all in all a great base for wandering around the Titanic Quarter, and within a very reasonable walking distance to the city centre.
