We love Robin's Nest! The lovely ladies who run this daycare and nursery are kind and clearly do what they do out of love and passion for childcare. They work with parents and are open to suggestions and discussions on how to tailor care for each child's needs. We are really happy we have our son here!
Hands down the best nursery! We chose Robins Nest based on the Home from Home nature that we felt instantly when we viewed the nursery and we can't thank the girls enough for everything they have done over the last 3 and a half years. The love, support and guidance provided to our son has been second to none and has helped his confidence and personality grow endlessly. Nothing has ever been a bother to the girls, especially those phonecalls to check in during the first few weeks of leaving your baby! Our son has progressed from the baby room, to the toddler room and now completed his time in the preschool room. We will certainly miss being a part of the Robins Nest Family but will be eternally grateful to all of the staff for being part of our journey and providing the best care and piece of mind to us as parents when we've needed it most
Our son Jack started going to Robin's nest when he was 9 months old and I will always remember the compassion and care that was shown to us all on that day from all the staff at Robin's nest and every day after. Jack loved his time at Robin's nest, he made his way from the baby room, where everyone showed him the love and care that he needed to fell comfortable and at home. To the toddler room, where his independence was encouraged and his outgoing and fun loving personality was nurtured to the preschool room where his love of learning was really ignited. Each room is filled with amazing staff who got to know our little one and we always felt confident that he was getting not only the physical care he needed but most importantly the emotional care. He loved gobbling up Shiela's dinners and we knew that everything was run meticulously under Emma and Victoria's guidance. Jack has now moved on to school and I shed a good few tears on that last day because it was like leaving behind a part of our family! And Jack speaks daily of all those he misses and his happy memories of Robin's nest. We could not recommend Robin's nest enough!!
My daughter has been attending Robin's Nest Nursery since September 2023, and I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism they are providing. Wonderful daycare runned by very special family, loving and incredibly caring owners Victoria, Emma, and Sheila Hunter. My daughter loves spending her days in a daycare, full of fun, learning and developmental activities. I feel confident saying that Robin's Nest Daycare is the most incredible, friendly, supportive, and professional daycare in the area. Every member of staff is a credit to the team. Absolutely amazing and outstanding staff in a Baby Room: Karen, Sarah, Jordan, Colleen, Emma, and Grainne. They all go above and beyond in their job and demonstrate the highest level of commitment, dedication, care, and love every day. They provide regular updates and reports every day that help to put my mind at ease, knowing my little girl is being well looked after and enjoying lots of fun activities. The place is kept very clean and the outside area is so beautiful with a big playground as well as a lovely garden at the front and back with lots of trees and green areas. My girl loves being outside, and she loves all outdoor activities. She also enjoys all delicious freshly homemade meals, which are well balanced, full of vegetables and fruits, as well as healthy snacks. We are the bilingual family, and my daughter's first language is Polish. When she first started, she didn't have much English exposure. Robins Nest owners and staff have made me feel so reassured that she's in the right hands. The staff were using Polish words to support her understanding, which makes her settle in period so much easier and happier. They still use Polish to support her, and her English is developing so well. I believe that the staff of Robin's Nest are contributing to her progress in all areas as well as her wellbeing. She absolutely loves her carers and talk about them when she is at home. I know my little girl is very happy there and I must say this place really feels like home from home. My daughter was toilet trained very early, and Robin's Nest staff has been very supportive to make her feel comfortable. I can not praise this place enough. They are like a family to me and my little girl, and I am so grateful for the care they are providing as well as making sure parents are settled and supported. Thank you to the owners and the staff in Robin's Nest for your amazing work, outstanding care, dedication, and love to our little ones ❤️ .
My son has attended Robin’s Nest since 2018 from the age of one. From the first moment he arrived he was welcomed as part of the ‘Robin Nest Family’. I really can’t praise this nursery enough. Now aged 4, my son has thrived over the years, growing in confidence and personality. The staff from day one have been nothing but helpful and kind, encouraging curiosity, confidence and learning with my son. Working full time, Robin’s Nest have also provided support/flexibility to help me with my work commitments- thank you! I couldn’t have chosen a better nursery for a reliable and welcoming environment. My son is moving due to primary school location, but both my son and I will miss this wonderful nursery and the kind staff. Best wishes to you all.
My three boys all attended Robins Nest when they were little and my youngest has only just left to begin P1. I have seen first hand the care given to them from the baby room right through to the preschool room. The team are brilliant and it gave me such peace of mind to know that I was leaving my children in a genuinely caring environment. When I needed extra support or flexibility they were quick to help any time they could, and my boys all loved the home cooked meals... I really can't recommend them enough!
fantastic nursery. my son has been attending since he was 10 months old and he is now 2.5. The girls are so caring and do so many fabulous activities to encourage learning and enhance all areas of development. I love getting all the art work home to be proudly displayed on the fridge. The home cooked food goes down a treat too..... my boy always cleans his plate. Very highly recommended!
My son has been in Robins nest for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. So professional and caring towards the children. I feel happy and know that my son is safe and well looked after when I leave him here. All the staff are so friendly and understanding, they are so easy to talk to about any requirements for your child!
My daughter has went here since we moved home a couple of years ago and she absolutely loves it. The staff are all absolutely brilliant. So caring and genuine. You can tell they all have a real passion for working with the children. It is family run and you can really tell. The Hunter family are so warm and friendly and immediately put us at ease. Couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.
