One of the best Hiltons I have stayed at as a rewards member. We were booked in a very nicely modeled modern room. Despite facing the lightrail, there were no noise issues with the window closed, and my wife is a super sensitive sleeper. Easy walk to the cathedral quarter with all the fun. Parking in the next door garage was 19 pounds per day after validation with the hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Belfast. Ideal walking location to all attractions and nightlife. Check in is always smooth, bar and hotel staff always friendly and professional. Overall, a good stay we look forward to time and again.

It has to be the best hotel in Belfast. Staff and location are top notch. Good rooms and excellent restaurant. Staff. Desk personnel were thorough and made us felt welcomed. Executive Lounge hostess were both customer focused and well responsive to lounge patrons. Breakfast staff were equally top notched during dining check-in and the floor staff were attentive to customer needs. Location. We got a river side room that had huge windows for a good vista of Samson and Goliath cranes that built the Titanic. Hotel has great proximity to downtown. About a 15 minute walk from the train station which was the terminus of the airport bus. City Hall is about 7 minute walk. The mall is about same walking distance. The convention center is next door. It was also about a 10 minute Uber ride to the City Airport. Lounge. My Diamond status afforded access. It is located right next to the front desk. The hostess varied the mini dessert and finger food offerings on the nights we were there. I had the local beer and the wife had the sweet wine as recommended by the hostess. It got busy but did not feel crowded at anytime. Breakfast. The dining area felt and looked grand. The offerings were not over the top but more than sufficient. It is a place to have a classy and memorable dinning event. We had an excellent stay and this property is the reason why I stay Hilton for my business and family travels.

The hotel is fab and staff are so welcoming. We had Rachel check us in and after finding an issue with the toilet in our room, Rachel provided another room for us straight away. The view from our room was lovely. (We had the same view before moving rooms) The bar staff were also very welcoming. We had a bite to eat before we headed down to the town centre which is only about a 10 minute walk and parking is right next door to the hotel. There is a cost on the parking as the hotel do not own this car park. Don't forget to have your ticket validated upon checkout. (£19 per night) The breakfast staff were also welcoming and breakfast was lovely. (Buffet style) Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

We stayed here in September 2025. We usually are quite happy staying at a Hilton and this was no different. The people were quite friendly. We had breakfast each morning that was quite delicious. The location wasn't that great as it was difficult finding nearby restaurants. So, we ate dinner each night at the hotel restaurant. The meals were very nice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and really very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and nice and clean. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel on the edge of the city centre. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good, excellent range of cereals nuts and seeds, cooked breakfast was hot and very good, amazing sausages. Good continental with meat and cheeses and sweet pastries. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble Tony on reception was professional and helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

I am generally a great fan of Hilton’s and this one is no different with great service, recently refurbished rooms and a brilliant location. Prices are good too (though they’ve gone up a lot since Covid). It’s one of the more modern Hilton’s which I think is a good thing (as some of the older ones can be very tired) and it has an executive lounge which is good if you’re a diamond member. All in all it’s very good and a great place to stay in Belfast.

Perfectly situated for an easy walk across from the Lanyon train station. We were greeted warmly by Claire at reception. As a diamond member I was pleased that we received an upgrade to a gorgeous corner room. The concierge helped us book a black cab tour, which we appreciated greatly. Had a nice drink in the bar and breakfast was fabulous with lots of selection. The art deco design of the place is really fun, too. We checked out on my birthday and were given a card and selection of sweets in the room. We will definitely stay here again our next trip to Belfast!

Rocked up at the crack of dawn with wee legs just to leave our bags and come back later to check in. The staff were super welcoming! Not only did they sort us out an early check in but gave us a fabulous room with a view of dreams! The entire stay was made by the unbelievably friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you so much Hilton Belfast!

We had a bit of a nightmare at check-in - despite having an e-mail confirmation of a booking for two rooms, only one room was on the system, and we waited an hour for it to be sorted out. However, despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff found us a like-for-like second room, gave us complimentary breakfast as an apology, and we couldn't have been happier with how they worked with us to resolve the issue. The breakfast was lovely; and we had dinner in the restaurant one night as well, and this was an excellent meal - probably our favourite in N. Ireland! In the hotel room, we were a bit disappointed with the bathroom layout, as the toilet and toilet roll holder were way too close to the wall, meaning you couldn't sit comfortably for your ablutions, but apart from that, we liked the room, and the view over to the cranes was fantastic. All in all, although there were a few blips, we had a very good visit and would recommend the Hilton Belfast!
