“We got married on October 18, 2025. When we first viewed the venue in 2024, the viewing was host by Kirsty who was extremely professional and knowledgable. Which is part of why we wanted to put our trust in Clandeboye. Since booking the venue, every single member of the wedding team was been quick to respond to our many questions and always helpful. Whether it was Lorraine, Ian, Mai, Gia, or someone else. In particular, they were excellent in helping with guest allergies and concerns, immediately reducing our stress levels. Graham (our MC) and the team absolutely smashed it out of the park on the day. Graham made sure to introduce himself the night before the wedding and was extremely professional but approachable on the day itself. He even considered the little touches like keeping us canapés to the side to ensure we ate and checking in with us regularly (without being on top of us all day). When there were issues, he discretely dealt with them on our behalf and nothing felt like too much. Our guests lauded the serving team at dinner and the food, saying it’s one of the best wedding meals they’ve had. The team were prompt, polite and (from what we seen) the service was seamless. The clandeboye truly was our dream wedding venue and we couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomenal suite with stunning views of the city centre and an extremely comfortable bed so we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to suit all tastes including a vegan section. I would absolutely return and would like to thank the staff for providing a 10/10 stay.”

“Great service, wonderful restaurants and bars, excellent location, and nice rooms. We stayed for a few nights and took advantage of all the restaurants and bars and we're very pleased. The staff is very professional and well presented. The room.we had was large and comfortable if a bit garish with the English Baroque decor. The bathroom was amazing - large, warm, and full of amenities. The breakfast in the Great Room restaurant was very nice. Dinner in Bert's Jazz Bar was great. Afternoon tea on our last day was our first proper English tea and, to our surprise, we were quite full at the end. The staff there were particularly warm and friendly and always met every need with a positive attitude. You may want to ask for a room away from Skipper Street as there is an outdoor bar that plays music well into the wee hours.”

Location is ideal - lots of cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.”

“This wonderful hotel is located in the former White Star Line drawing rooms. The windows have been preserved, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere, and there are numerous paintings with photographs of the Titanic and all those involved in its construction. The hotel is clean, and in the rooms you'll find a book about the hotel with numerous photos on the desk. The showers are clean, and the staff is polite.”

“We visited recently for Afternoon Tea and had the most wonderful experience. From start to finish we were made to feel very pampered and the service from the staff was first class. Special mention should be made about Ryan. He was positively charming. Nothing was too much trouble and he seemed to know exactly when we needed refreshed tea/coffee etc without being called upon. My niece is due her first baby shortly and he was so engaging when he spotted both her and the near life size balloon teddy. Ryan you were a star! We hope your Manager realises how lucky he/she is to have such a valuable staff member who ensured we will book a return visit.”

“I stayed here while visiting Belfast. The hotel has a great location by the river, just a few steps from downtown and the old town. Everything met my expectations — from the room to the food and the customer service. A special thank you to the person who checked me in. She took the time to ask about us and, since we love hiking, she recommended a visit to the Mourne Mountains. We went — and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you!”

“I enjoyed my stay overall. The staff was so nice especially the young guy with the long hair, forgot his name. The location is great and the bed was really comfortable! I think the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade. But I would for sure recommend this hotel. Great for eating and drinking as well.”

“My Father and I recently did a Gig at the Ivanhoe and the service could not have been better. All the staff were very attentive to us all night my Father was unwell and the bartender in the function room took the time to get him some honey and a hot drink to help his throat whilst he sang. The Receptionist was incredibly helpful, assisting us in getting a table booked as initially we weren't to be eating in the restaurant however she happily helped us get a table and the food could not have been nicer! It is not the first time we have attended the Hotel and It certainly won't be the last either. To the all staff working that evening 6/09/25 thankyou for your help I cannot extend my gratitude enough!”

“This is a touchless hotel. Everything is done by internet, the front door is coded lock and the room keys are in lock boxes. You are given the code before you arrive. It was a very interesting stay having never completed a touch less stay. The room was immaculately clean! Towels were not luxurious but did the trick. The room itself was a full size bed which comfortably fit my wife and I. The room itself was in the smallish size, think bedroom in an older home. The city noises kept my wife awake one night, lots of traffic, sirens, people walking the ally and all. For me, it was white noise. If you’re a sensitive to noise sleeper, you may want to weigh this heavily! The location was great! We were 20 minutes walking from pretty much everywhere we wanted to be. 25 minutes from Belfast Grand Central Station. The breakfast was good! Continental with fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, butter jams etc. You will be adequately fed for the day! By no means is this hotel luxurious? But it is clean, fun and reasonably priced. I rather enjoyed our stay! We took a tour of the northern Irish coast and the pickup was very close so it worked well. Cheers!!”

“I have just returned from a three night stay at Corr's Corner Hotel. It is a wee bit out of Belfast but it is on a bus route. The Hotel itself is lovely, nice and traditional inside. My room was great and so was the shower. I had an evening meal in the lounge as the restaurant was fully booked. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was help yourself and you were served tea and toast should you wish. I was fortunate friends came to pick me up but I did use the bus (153) into Belfast. I found the people very friendly and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.”

“Went to Christmas Party event on 5th December. We pre-ordered food which had a good choice. Soup and main course was served piping hot, roast beef was extremely tender and vegetables cooked to perfection. The Christmas pudding was nice and moist. Very generous portion sizes. The best dinner I have had at any Christmas do. The staff all very friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. The entertainment (DJ and band) were very good and catered for everyone. Any part of the hotel I saw was very clean and well maintained. I can't comment on the bedrooms as we did not stay overnight. Will definitely be back at the Beechlawn.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "5 stars for The Lansdowne Hotel! I held a psychic mediumship evening here and was so impressed by the venue. The function room was beautifully decorated, but the service was the real highlight. The team went above and beyond, with a special mention to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the night. I will definitely be booking again."”

“We stayed here in September 2025. We usually are quite happy staying at a Hilton and this was no different. The people were quite friendly. We had breakfast each morning that was quite delicious. The location wasn't that great as it was difficult finding nearby restaurants. So, we ate dinner each night at the hotel restaurant. The meals were very nice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and really very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and nice and clean. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Benedicts. We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal and upgraded to an executive suite (book direct with the hotel - not through booking.com). The food was excellent as was the service (from reception to the bar and restaurant) The room was quiet despite being at the front of the building and the bed extremely comfortable. Thanks to all staff members that made our stay perfect. Loved the Halloween decorations throughout too.”

“Love this hotel. Check in was friendly and nice and I got a late checkout when we left because I’d joined Ihg rewards a few years back. The room was smart, clean. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed with white cotton linen. The cleaning staff are the best. Tea/coffee in the room. We were very happy The location is great. It’s on the end of historic Sandy Row. Right by the grand central station trains and buses. Close to The Crown Pub which is very famous. Easy walking distance to the centre full of shops and great places to eat. Tip if you’re coming from the station look for a place called Halt. It’s got a bright yellow entrance. If you walk in and go straight to the other end you come out at the hotel. (Plus it’s a fab place to eat.) The holiday inn breakfast is the best. Every item is well made and thoughtful. Items vary from day to day. We loved Anna who was a waitress there. So kind and friendly. Nice vegetarian section too. All together a lovely stay. We felt at home there. We’d definitely stay again.”

“Spent 2 nights here and cannot complain about anything. From checking in to checkout everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room, nice breakfast. Perfectly situated with 5 minutes walk to the shops, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the cost of a taxi from the Airport £49. But we got the bus back £9. Will definitely return thanks for a lovely stay.”

“Lovely hotel, good location and friendly staff on check in. Room was really clean and well appointed. I had spoke with live chat prior to staying, they helped arrange a birthday surprise for my fiance, which was great! Breakfast was lovely and not too crowded, bagels were delicious along with waffles. This hotel also has a well equipped gym, with enough machines to get a decent work out.”
