After my flight was cancelled, I had to stay at the hotel unexpectedly the night before an important presentation. The staff were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me during what could have been a very stressful situation. They kindly allowed me to use a boardroom to deliver my presentation the next day, which made all the difference. Throughout the day, the team regularly checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely looked after and supported the entire time. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my situation turned a difficult experience into a very positive one. I can’t thank the staff enough and would highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service.

The hotel was very welcoming, check in was easy, the room was really nice and clean and quiet. Tea coffee water all available and a comfortable nights sleep followed. We paid for parking for the week as we were flying from Belfast international airport. We will definitely do this again as it was so easy to get into your own car straight from the airport. Brilliant. Our stay included breakfast, (which is where I felt a little let down) and why the rating score is 7 and not 9 or even 10. We had an early flight so we couldn't take advantage of a cooked breakfast. No matter as a continental breakfast was offered for early starts. Oh dear. No staff member on duty when we arrived, so wondered in sat down and looked at the offerings.... (sigh) not a lot of choice I'm afraid, pastries looked and tasted like they had been out all night, the smallest plate of cold meats with about 3 slices and one lot of cheese, the same can be said for fruit, cereal and yogurts. I've had better at a premier inn and this was not premier inn prices. We had to buy breakfast in the airport. I booked bed & Breakfast at the hotel to avoid doing this. Some people don't care about breakfast so It wont bother you so much, but this customer does. That all said We will stay there again because of the convenience of the hotel/airport. I just hope breakfast will be improved.

The room was comfortable, clean, well appointed and quiet. It was, however, very hot (even on a damp day in mid-October). There was a rudimenatry cooling system but it was totally ineffective. Breakfast was a poor experience. A large party was using the hotel prior to their flight and had attacked the breakfast buffet. At 0730, there were plenty of recently-vacated tables but none had been relaid and many had not been cleaned. I cleared a table and found a stock of cutlery nearby. The cereal area was a mess and there was no obvious source of milk (eventually, I found an unmarked jug next to the coffee machine). There was no bread of bakery products left (at 0730), not a single slice of bread. I asked the very busy staff for some more, they were not sure if there was any more but went to check; after 10 minutes waiting, I gave up and went to the airport terminal for a croissant. I understand that large parties can have an effect on breakfast availability but everyone was booked and the situation was entirely predictable. I do not consider that over £200 for B+B was money well spent. As with many airports where this is only one choice of hotel, the charge and star rating (4*) does not always equal quality and service.

Very well positioned, specially for people without transport. Reception was very helpful and accommodated every request. Some tour groups kings of dominated the common area, but that isn't the hotels fault. Room was comfortable. Only criticism is that i would have preferred a secure wifi link rather than an open one

The menu had contracted rather since the last time we were here. The food was, however, pretty good. Feather blade of beef was tender and a decent portion with perfectly cooked broccoli and carrots, v smooth mash and good gravy. My wife was delighted with her meal also. And, of course, the reason we have stayed here several times, is the ability to stumble the few yards to the departure lounge for a dreadfully early flight, after a decent sleep. Rooms comfortable and reasonable side with decent beds. I think the fact we have stayed several times says it all really

Unfortunately due to my travel plans my visit to the Maldron was just brief and only involved breakfast but by god that breakfast was good. Just to top it off, the service was fantastic. It was just your standard continental but done right ✅️

I had an early flight departure and enjoyed the fact that the airport departure door was only about 5 minutes walk away. The room was comfortable and of a good size; bathroom modern and efficient; everything very clean. I would have liked some more sachets of milk for our tea and coffee, but at least there was a decent kettle to boil water; maybe some instructions on how to use that complicated coffee machine would be useful. We had dinner there too. The portions were abundant, and the food was tasty. I had celeriac soup to start with, then sea bass with lots of vegetables. Carpets created a soft warm atmosphere, and there was a contented buzz about the place. People liked it. I feel that this hotel has improved a lot since I last used it. Well done.
