   Had the fabulous opportunity of spending a couple of nights inside this stunning hotel. The staff were very friendly & the atmosphere was nice, with plenty of amenities this place definitely has a lot to offer if you’re staying in Belfast. The breakfast options are endless & were delicious, I would recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in the area :)

   I’m happy with my stay. The property feels quite new, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. I’m especially grateful to the lady at the front desk who helped me get a quiet room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel — the price is quite reasonable for what you get.

   I was very disappointed with my stay at the AC Marriott Belfast. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and a warmer, more respectful experience. The room itself was fine, though I was surprised to find no complimentary water bottles provided. Check-in took an unnecessarily long time, with no explanation why, and the reception staff came across as abrupt and disengaged—barely making eye contact. The location is a bit of a walk from the city's activities. The one bright spot was a genuinely lovely young employee who delivered my room service the first night of my stay; he showed more professionalism friendliness than most of the staff I encountered. Unfortunately, there’s an older man with an English accent working at night in the bar area who was extremely rude—frankly enough to put anyone off staying here. Breakfast was also severely underwhelming. This hotel needs to make serious changes in terms of customer service and guest experience. I would not stay here again.

   We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean, both public spaces and our room. Our room was comfortable, with plenty of space and a large shower room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us good ideas of places to visit during our stay, and directions. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful, and we had one dinner in the hotel as well, which was excellent. We also really enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable seating area, having drinks with a view of the water. Great location for sightseeing, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

   I stayed here while visiting Belfast. The hotel has a great location by the river, just a few steps from downtown and the old town. Everything met my expectations — from the room to the food and the customer service. A special thank you to the person who checked me in. She took the time to ask about us and, since we love hiking, she recommended a visit to the Mourne Mountains. We went — and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you!

   Big room, with great organization (closets, etc), and great bright bathroom. Everything was awesome except there’s no power outlet near any mirror (including a shaving outlet in the bathroom). Made blow drying my hair really difficult! Otherwise was fantastic.

   We stayed this week at AC Belfast . Brilliant service from check in to check out. Modern hotel with capable staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were perfect and the food was scrumptious. Within walking distance of town and footbridge across to entertainment. Perfect location

   I have not stayed as yet however last week I was calling at the hotel to arrange morning coffee . We were wearing grass stained boots and had with us my very scruffy dog. We were told by one of your waiters Stephen that under no circumstances were we to have coffee outside on such a cold day. He escorted us to a very comfortable area were we had coffee and croissants.we could not have been made more welcome and were back today to receive the same level of service. Next week we will be back for lunch. Thanks so much Stephen

   Excellent location, and an amazing staff. From the front of the front desk check-in to housekeeping, and the amazing food/beverage staff, the AC Hotel Belfast exceeds all expectations. A special shout-out to Connor and Eva in the bar/restaurant area. What an amazing duo that deserves extra special recognition. Thank you both for being so attentive and caring about the well-being of your guests. I will be back!
