If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would. This accommodation was booked for 14 people 8 months in advance of arriving. 9 days before our stay this accommodation cancelled our booking. They tried to blame booking.com for this however after investigating this it was them that made the mistake however they won’t of course own up to this. So 9 days from arriving we will be homeless in Belfast. They offered no alternative accommodation and we’re extremely unhelpful.

This is a cheap and cheerful spot, great location and very reasonably priced, and extremely clean and recently renovated. The room I was in was large and comfortable. Bed was huge. Bathroom was fine, shower was excellent. There are no bedside lockers to put things which is a shame, but plenty of power points, including USB sockets, and tea and coffee making facilities. This place has hotel-like rooms, despite the name, but the setup is like serviced apartments, so you have to show ID and give a card for a deposit (hold only - use a credit card to avoid locking up cash until the bank releases the hold). Would definitely be back.

Pros: good location, in city centre, cheap Cons: They tried to give us the wheelchair accessible room saying it's the last room available. When we argued, a room magically became available! Paper thin walls, when we asked for coffee and tea bags to be refilled in our room we were told we can get it from nearby Tesco! Later we asked from one of the staff who was cleaning an adjacent room and she gave us tea bags , shampoo and other toiletries. Also, no room cleaning throughout our stay.

Nice clean modern budget stay. We were very happy with the design and overall room as it was clean and cosy with good air conditioning. However 150 pound deposit for a night stay in the hotel is a joke and needs to be changed especially when they hold the deposit 10 working days after the stay! I had to ring on 4 different occasions to ask about the deposit return untill it was automatically given back by the bank. I was told someone would get back to me with a phone call but never did. Could be a 5 star but simply for the deposit issue I am disappointed and won't be coming back.

Brand new budget hotel, modern contemporary design but not thought through. For instance the cable on the kettle does not reach the nearby plugs. Room was not ready at check-in which was disappointing and they take a £50 damage deposit which is a bit disappointing along with the data collection and ID that is required when checking in.
