Spent a lovely weekend here from 12-14 December. Staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, everywhere was spotless and our room was spacious and well equipped. The only down side was the noise (a lot of late night revellers shouting and singing, car horns blasting) we were on the third floor and the windows did little to keep it out. The hotel is in a great location, central to shops, st George's market and grand opera house etc. We had dinner one of the nights, and it was quite good and not too pricey. There were plenty of choices for breakfast - You can serve yourself with the buffet options but cooked breakfast can be ordered.

Great location and our room was spacious, clean and cosy. One issue we had was breakfast....not great in our opinion. Not self service so you have to order from a menu. I had to ask for fruit and it looked like it was already made and left in the fridge for some time! Gluten free options were poor and something they should aim to improve.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Belfast. Everything is in close proximity by foot - no need for car. Staff is very nice and welcoming and we felt very nice and welcomed there. Room was amazing and clean, very quiet with AC and mini fridge., comfy bed, big TV with Netflix and big shower. We also had a breakfast- money well spent. Amazing service, food was amazing. One of the best breakfast we had in a hotel. Highly recommend if staying in Belfast

Forget chain hotels and stay here if youβre in Belfast. Couldnβt ask for a more central location. And the team couldn't have been nicer and more friendly. Our room was cozy and loved the decor. The bed was so good and made for an amazing night's sleep. We were on the third floor and it was lovely and peaceful. Would return in a heartbeat.

I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Belfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, luxurious, and a great value. The breakfast was outstanding. It's also a great location in the city centre. It's an easy walk from Lanyon Place station. They held our bags prior to check in and for most of the day after we checked out.

The staff are great. Very welcoming and helpful/friendly with our toddler. Decent breakfast and spacious comfortable rooms. It was pretty dark though and personally not fussed on the decor. Small pasta for our toddler was Β£7.95 in the restaurant! They also changed the towels and soap everyday and added more and more little bottles of toiletries ...we had about 15 lined up on the bath by the end. Seems strange in these days of reduce, reuse etc. Anyway, the location was perfect and can't fault the staff.

Fantastic and luxury hotel in the centre of Belfast. Very large and spacious room. The bed was like sleeping on clouds. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Evening meal was absolutely delicious and the breakfast was great in the morning. Booked direct for the best price. Can't wait to go back!!!

The staff at the hotel is genuine and nice. They engage with you when you want to ask them anything. In particular I recall Sharon, who was serving us the breakfast. Without her the breakfast would have been dull. The room was small (standard) - it looked exactly the same as premier inn rooms. The photos they show are off of the old hotel or the bigger rooms. The impression I got what we will get a bug grand old room - should have dug deeper to look for exact photos of the room we selected. Anyways, We are in a side building behind the old hotel where they have most rooms and of course no views of anything. The biggest issue was they allow check-in at 4pm !! As per the site I booked from - it clearly showed 3pm. I would suggest they make check in at 6pm so that guests can spend least time in the room. Otherwise it was nice.
