   First time visiting the hotel and very impressed. From a fantastic welcoming, taking drinks orders and food orders a very polite and so friendly staff. Beth, Nikita, Chloe and Ronan were so polite and professional with warm smiles. We will definitely be back. Food was beautiful. A credit all round to the Ramada Group.

   A great hotel, rooms are clean, functional, particularly if you need to work, and always warm when needed. Breakfast is a good offering with plenty of choice. The rooms could benefit from new mattresses, pillows and a better shower head on the shower. The mattresses do need an upgrade/replacement.

   Rooms are very warm. It's not noisy here despite being central and so close to restaurants and pubs etc. The staff are very friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Ramadan offers a super breakfast with a great variety. Something there for everyone, healthy, wholesome,and good quality fresh produce. 10 out of 10 for a fabulous breakfast and great start to the day. Definitely will make a return trip to this hotel.

   My recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Belfast City Centre was truly first-class. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had arrived quite early, and we were so grateful and impressed that the team managed to get us into our room well before the standard check-in time. That gesture alone made a huge difference to our day and demonstrates the staff's commitment to guest service. Every member of the team we interacted with was first-class—attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The service here is excellent, making the overall experience fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for its brilliant location and outstanding hospitality!

   We were a last minute check in as we decided to stay in Belfast for a night on our way home. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. The room was spotless, the customer service on check-in was top tier and it was a brilliant location. We almost stayed another night but had to get home so we’re hoping to come back up again for another few nights. Thank you so much!

   The hotel is located in a very central area of Belfast, close to touristic spots. Around 15 minutes from SSE arena and titanic museum. The room is spacious and comfortable. It has complimentary toiletries and coffee/tea. The hotel does not offer free parking but there is a close by Cark park nearby which is almost connected to the hotel. The only feedback is that the walls are "thin" so I could hear people from the room next door. However, it wasn't a big deal.

   Excellent location for the Cathedral Quarter restaurants and night life. Rooms are basic but clean. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful. We didn't have any food here so can't comment. All in all, great value for a city centre hotel

   The gentleman that I made the booking with via telephone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I made the booking on behalf of my partner who was attending a funeral and from the moment he arrived, he was made to feel very welcome and the gentleman even remembered that it was me who made the reservation! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate rebooking if I was to be visiting Belfast in the future. He went above and beyond any expectations to welcome my partner which was very much appreciated, so thank you.

   Good location in the cathedral quarter. Service was good. Breakfast was ok for 12 pounds. Room was nice but there was a badly burnt out light in the bathroom that was of some concern.
